“disappointed about the delivery service. I was expecting the product delivered in a cool box like it was the previous time I ordered. this time the Royal Jelly arrived in a carton box with one ice pack which was already melted. also, I received the shipping notification on a Wednesday, saying it was due to arrive on Friday, but then the parcel arrived on the following Wednesday, a week from when the dispatch notification was sent.”

“I just want to thank HealthCo for their amazing service and affordability. Quick to send out the products that I buy each. “The order was marked as sent one day, but Australia Post did not have a record of the parcel until 1.5 weeks later. I did email in between and no one replied. Then there was a delay with Aus Post which is no fault of Health Co, however, when my order arrived incorrect, with the wrong flavour, no one replied to my email. Unfortunately I found the customer service to be a problem. The items were fine.”
