“Exceptional service always. Joan was brilliant! O.K., the first packet went astray and ended up back with you after a trip to Roissy, but you cared enough to resend immediately. Communication was always beyond reproach - I hope I don't make Joan blush, but she was a star throughout. I know it's what she gets paid for, but she couldn't have been more helpful, or pleasant. Thank you - and a happy New Year!”

“Apart from purchasing my hearing aid batteries from Hearing Direct, I realised my headphones, (I listen to audio books very often) were becoming worn. I found a decent basic pair in your online catalogue and purchased them. They are really very good, for the price.”

“The auteotologist and staff were helpful and very patient with me .they did their best to get the aid adjusted to my hearing. At the end of the day however I don't find the aid very satisfactory and wished I had returned it.”

“1. As a pensioner and unable to travel very far to the shops, I was able to choose my hearing aid at home. 2. I was given the opportunity to try my choice for a time at my home before buying. 3. After service at home is very good and very useful. 4. Much better than other hearing aids that I have previously tried.”

“The batteries arrived the day after ordering. I ordered a double quantity this time as I tried out some other batteries. Several of the other manufacturer's batteries jammed and I was afraid I might damage my hearing aid as I tried to remove the battery.”
