“The headphones are great very clear sound which allows me to have them at low volume, there is one thing I find a problem is that in many broadcast the sound goes off or low and the headphones term this as going off and turn off, and then take a few seconds to switch on again losing some of the audio content. Can this be overcome please?”

“I was sceptical about buying without a full hearing test having previously had a digital hearing aid from a "rival" supplier. The old one was good but had developed a fault which could not be repaired. I decided to buy from Hearing Direct after talking to their experts. I am absolutely delighted with my purchase which is even better than the old one in every respect.”

“it appears I made a mistake when ordering and received size 10 instead of 312 batteries. I would like to thank Clare for her courteous and speedy service. She said no problem we will send you 312 batteries and enclose a returns label for the No10. I received my replacements the very next morning...now that's what I call service second to none...Give the young lady a bonus and a pat on the back. yours sincerely Dave Arnold”
