“My wife saying we have to have the TV so loud and repeating herself. Anything for a quiet life, as we live in Turkey most of the time and I was running out of time to see a Uk doctor when we were there. Your information sounded just what I wanted. No doctor involved just an aid for old age. It is absolutely perfect. Your service was very good and extra spares within a couple of days. Thank you. Peter Dickson.”

“Not Hearing Directs fault but the item I ordered ( a telephone ring amplifier] was stated as being suitable for BT telephones but after good service by Hearing Direct the item was not suitable for my BT phone ,I was able to return the item an have been refunded, I would without doubt if needed use Hearing Direct again after the good service I had.”

“They answered my query as to whether the hearing aid batteries I wished to order were the same type / size as my present ones. I then purchased them and had excellent value.(However I asked my question using email after the "Talk to us" online system had been difficult to use. Registering first and giving quite a lot of personal information which I didn't even complete I thought it too fussy.) Immediate delivery and good service.”

“I knew my father had dealt with Hearing Direct before in purchasing a "loud" phone for himself. I knew I had a problem with hearing loss in both ears and decided to visit the website. I took the online hearing test which confirmed this and decided to purchase a HD250 for my right ear as this was the worst for hearing. I didn't really know what to expect from the product, as I had never worn an aid before but at the price I felt there was little to lose. I need not have worried, the HD250 is so small and light to wear, very comfortable and the clarity of sound is amazing. With 4 volume settings, I find it copes with all noise levels extremely well. I only have a problem with "whistling" when fitting the device and this isn't at all annoying. In short, marvellous, I can now hear speech in crowded rooms and have the TV volume on low. I plan to purchase a HD250 for my left ear soon and would recommend Hearing Direct to anyone planning purchasing a hearing aid. The staff are very helpful and you get a first class service, well done.”
