“This is the second pair of hearing aids that I have bought for my daughter, the first one bought nearly 9 years ago. As usual Hearing Direct Ltd scores the top marks as per my evaluation. “An easy to follow web site and excellent customer service should please anyone, and that is what I experienced when looking for and purchasing a hearing aid from Hearing Direct. I had tried an Oticon OPN from another supplier and paid £1500 for the privilege, only to have it fail after two days. I returned it and had my money back. I was then in the position of looking for a replacement. It came in the shape of a HD 210 digital hearing aid from Hearing Direct. An excellent well made hearing aid which has a performance level which is more than satisfactory and, at a cost of £199, I consider to be an absolute bargain. It is almost invisible when worn and very few people have even noticed that I am wearing it except for the fact that I no longer have to ask for people to repeat what they say. Well done Hearing Direct! I cannot say more than that I heartily recommend them.”
