“I ordered a low price in the ear aid (HD190), but decided to return it as it was good, but not quite what I was after. The returns process was as promised: seamless and efficient. I ordered a pair of a slightly higher spec (HD250), which were much better. Great product at the price ... maybe next time I will up the spec, but, for now, I am happy ...well ... before my 10 year old used to plug into the XBox and leave me in relative peace .... NOW I can hear that the "peace" actually sounds like World War Three !!!!”

“I was very happy with everything to do with this company. the hearing aid was delivered on time and all was fine. for reasons nothing to do with hearing aid . i had to return it . and just as it said money was put back into my paypal no questions asked. I would recommend this company .”

“By suggesting I speak to the Audiologist. The Audiologist then listened to me and made suggestions that would help me best decide from the options available to me. I was given 30 days to decide if I had made the correct choice. After sales, for instance batteries, are easy via the internet or phone and swiftly delivered. All round an excellent company to do business with, I shall be returning many, many times.”

“Well pleased. The hearing aid batteries arrived promptly and I am fairly sure the Rayovac Extra advanced lasts about 30% longer than the batteries I purchased previously in a well known chemists.”

“My hearing aids are Siemens 23SP (I have no useful residual hearing). The tubes and domes supplied with these aids as standard are rather uncomfortable, so I found that Hearing direct would send me selection packs and samples. As a result, I was able to come up with a much more satisfactory combination which is so comfortable and works so well that I am not aware that I am wearing aids. Since then (for 2 years) I have been able to re-order with confidence. I also purchase my batteries (Duracell) from Hearing Direct. They each last 3 weeks, using them 14 hours a day. I am really pleased I found Hearing Direct.”
