“My initial order was dispatched and I received it very rapidly. I then realized I had ordered the wrong size batteries. I contacted yourselves and you sent me a returns envelope and label and the correct batterys . EXCELLENT SERVICE. couldn't ask for more. A fine example to other suppliers.”

“Service, response, delivery all good. Only problem is having tried without a fitting, medium and small usually use small however the earing aid comes free to point of resting loose in ear or dropping out.? Suggestioons ? MEG”

“50% deafness in left ear made me angry that I couldn't engage in conversation simply smiling & nodding at the right time & in the right places. I was not prepared to pay out huge amounts just to find out if I could get on with a hearing aid, I need not of worried. My hearing aid was simple to order on line, arrived when you said & did everything I could possibly have hoped for. Now my grandchildren need to be very careful, I can hear everything they say about me, just wonderful!”
