“First phone arrived promptly but keypad was faulty. Rang Hearing Direct at 4pm and replacement arrived with return bag for faulty handset next morning!! Excellent customer service - highly recommended. 5stars.”

“It was a faff to set up and I had to buy an optical drive converter as the only Audio out was the optical socket. Finally got it working. You need to warn customer that some smart tvs are unsuitable for the c7100”

“For the price I paid compared to other similar hearing aids on the market these are very good. The only problem with the ones I purchased was that one fitted flush in one ear canal while I have a problem getting the other in and it is not as comfortable as the other. But once in the sounds you can hear again are amazing.”

“I ordered wax guards they didnt fit i returned them right away along with a note explaining and an empty box of the size that fit. I have no reply no returned money or no wax guards. Not at all happy”
