“I ordered a simple wax removal device with a promise of 7 to 10 days delivery. When no delivery had occurred in 3+ weeks I contacted the company they claimed a problem with USPS and was told that if I did not receive the merchandise within 2 days to contact them again. No delivery and when I tried to contact them they offered phone numbers were inoperative. Now I get no response at all when I tried to contact them by email. The amount I will lose is insignificant, but it should be a warning to those who might order products from the company. JRS”

“I am now a awaiting my hearing aids from Kaz Shiraz who used some debatable sales technique to demonstrate the superior sound quality of the Oticon OPN2 but gave me a price for the Oticon OP3 which is an inferior model which I had not tried out. I only discovered this by googling the Oticon range. This is all because the Phonak Audeo YES range had been discontinued but it is still for sale on your website!”

“After not hearing from you (sorry about the pun) after placing order. I was contacted about my order and when I agreed the units were delivered the next day even though I had elected for free 3day post. They also had some extra's that I did not know I would get. First class!”

“I always buy my hearing aid batteries here. They are prompt in shipping orders and offer a helpful, personal service. Once, just before a 2 month trip, I realised I was nearly out of my stock but in my haste, ordered the wrong type of batteries. I phoned to explain what had happened and the fact that I had to leave two days later. They took my word for it, immediately sent the correct batteries at no extra charge while I posted back the wrong ones the same day. That's what I call excellent customer service - going the extra mile.”
