“After purchasing the HD200, I am far from happy with it. Although the volume is ok, the clarity when watching television is terrible, Apparently everything is pre-programed so cant be altered. It`s no better than my National Health ones.”

“I really needed a 50db phone but because I have had 4 phones struck bylightening this past two years I had to go with a 30db which is not so good with my hearing loss, bit of a struggle , however I cannot fault the delivery to the phone itself.”

“Prompt service & good prices. I've dealt with Hearing Direct (not always with the same branch) for hearing aid batteries & other accessories & am well satisfied. I don't know if they could be of any help to me when the day comes I'll need to replace my hearing aid, though, which would include a hearing test. I haven't traced a branch near me.”
