Platinum level using X-Ray is NOT UNLIMITED, as it obviously would be perceived since there is a check box. There are plenty of other limitations in the other categories that are clearly stated. It will stop working on you once you hit the limit. Myself, and several others all had massive issues with this. The response from "customer service" was "Well, we did not write it was unlimited" but any person with a half of brain would perceive a check box as unlimited when every other box shows limitations. BE AWARE

Horrible experience. Customer service is almost non-existent. Takes forever to get replies to emails. Customer service staff is untrained to handle customer related issues. Think hard before you sign up.

I wanted to try a subscription using a 50% off code but with the one click setup and no confirmation prompt, I was immediately charged the full price for one month with no option to undo.

I'm really disappointed with the offering of the Kevin King course. I joined H10 specifically to learn about PPC and launching only to find out I have to have joined for 42 days or more. This should have been disclosed to me upfront. It's not a free course only part of it is offered with the 1 month's subscription and that part of the course is no use to me. So disappointed.

I have 5 or 6 ASINS that are not showing up in my United States products list. I would really like to get emails set up for these products ASAP.

I'm very disapppointed. As per Helium suppurt team, this product doens't make searches in real time. It means that when you are looking for the good product on blackbox, your result may be 1 month or more old. It may take you on the wrong path and invest in the wrong product. Nothing is accurate ! very sad and doesn't woth the money.

1. I can not use Helium 10 tools in the recent 2 months, they worked well in the beginning months, No Chinese after-sale service. I do not know if it is blocked as google by chinese government or not. I suggest you set Chinese server to work for Chinese customer. 2. I was told there is free training lesson. but failed to get.

I know that this is an excellent product however I've had issues with the limited access feature, pertaining to keyword searches. I understand that this product does not have a lot of competition at this time, however the price is too high. I cannot justify continuing to pay $600 / Yr as my company is new to this marketplace.

Profits feature doesn’t work for Europe. Lots of other glitches. Customer Support are not only unresponsive, but also don't respond to follow-up messages regarding the unresolved issues.

I am really having issues on product reached, limited Exclude Keyword trying on the upcoming key search for new items very difficult with filter rules, maybe you could contact me to verify, do you have product reach group I could join, I would even pay for an hour for a remote video and screen sharing, THX

I enjoy using Helium 10, but i was removed from the facebook group, because once i posted about selling my amazon account. I was not aware that i cannot post any such things. I am a contributor of lot of valuable information in other groups, which is related to sourcing from India and Private label business.
