“Really good tool, to bad I cannot connect our Vendor Account but I totally get that it is an limitation in the Amazon integrations, else super happy!!”

“Would have been a 5 but I have asked for simple features but have not heard back and they have not been implemented. Specifically, it would be nice to be able to export all ASINs tracked in Market Tracker so they could be copied and pasted into an ASIN targeting campaign. Currently I have to copy them one by one. One of my campaigns had 576 ASINs being tracked. 😔”

“Helium 10 helps us a lot to get control over the complete work-chain from the nice analysis, launch and PPC control. Further on there are a lot adjuvant tools which help you to get more and better reviews, find new keyword and and and. So one of the mus have tools for sellers.”

“Generally I LOVE your tools but Adtomic is super buggy and support generally doesn't have answers for Adtomic or other issues we have with your software. We keep getting answers like, "sorry, we haven't forgotten about you issue but we haven't heard back from the development team yet". This can go on for weeks or more and become a bit frustrating. I know that H10 wants to be the 1 software suite for all but if there are bugs that go unaddressed for long periods of time it can make a person feels like they need to find other solutions.”

“I would absolutely love a tool for telling me the estimated total amount of units sold on the page. Like Jungle Scout. I am paying $45 a month for this feature alone. I would love for it to be available in Helium 10”

“Helium 10 provides the crucial detail and perspective needed to grow on Amazon. The KW harvesting tools are second to none. Two reasons for not providing a 5 star review... 1) The dashboard is missing an "executive summary" view that provides a 30k foot perspective, which can be drilled into for further detail. 2) Adtomic was not nearly as intuitive as I had expected.”
