“I think it's a very complete software but I think you should add a similar application to the junglescout product tracker”

“It is a very good tool and for sure my favourite but I have to say that H10 missed a specific products tracker like Jungle Scout. If you create a good software that permit to track products in a more detailed way it would be much better. Black Box I think is not so usefull cause it is very imited in the product search I don't know why. And you should find a better way to make all the saled data more in syncro with the public BSR. Thank you H10”

“1. Great software overall and quite user friendly. 2. Missing summary reports and analysis tools. The data is usually represented flat. for example if the market share of each ASIN would have been presented as well as the overall market size of category / niche with CAGR, that would be awesome. 3. also, data is not always accurate. 4. Bottom line, recommended with the reservations above.”

“You're 5 stars for culture and ethos, your marketing and community is great. To hit the 5th star for me, I'd like to see better support for the UK market, specifically in the tools. Follow up needs to have a time delay setting, no one wants an email at midnight! We go soo far to be personable and build a relationship with our buyers, then we go and email them at silly o'clock. just have a 'send at' option. And Ads! where is it? I know you need to make it stable, and fool proof and test, test, test... but we want it now!”

“Overall the software is great and obviously offers a wide array of research tools. It would help to have a more inviting user interface. Although I prefer using and trust Helium 10 more, Viral Launch has a nicer "looking" interface. Overall, I am very happy with Helium 10 and all the other things you guys provide such as Project X, Refund Genie, and more. I still do not understand how one can have two Amazon windows open, run the exact same search in both windows, open the Helium 10 extension in one and Viral Launch in the other and have completely different information. I really like that you guys are always open to suggestions despite the fact that you have amazing software. Thank you for all you do for us!”
