“Favours US marketplace (always have to switch controls back) and not comfortable with giving away lots of our own account info to use certain features. Would be useful to have a tool that could identify the keywords that main competitors are using. Maybe there is a tool, but I can't find/understand how to use it for this”

“Helium 10 is the most versatile and helpful tool that we currently use to monitor and optimize our Amazon listings. With that being said, there are still some room for improvements. If possible, in future versions, please try to address the slow loading/freezing still present on many of the tools. We also really appreciate the access to the Freedom Ticket. It's a great partnership and we feel like we are beginning to learn a lot of new helpful tips for our success on Amazon. 2.”

“IT WOULD BE A VERY GOOD, BUT AS A NEW PERSON, STILL CONFUSED ABOUT HOW TO USE THE SEARCHES. FEEL LIKE I AM WASTING A LOT OF TIME TRYING TO FIGURE OUT WHAT I AM LOOKING FOR. LOVE THE FREEDOM TICKET BUT TAKING TO LONG TO GET TO THE PART OF THE COURSE THAT SHOWS ME THE SOFTWARE???”

“Love all the tools - however it will be 5 Stars if you guys work on the PPC tool. (understand that you guys are working on it) so will leave 5 stars when the tool is out! Hopefully, they are together with the overall tool costing. Can't wait! P.S: Not forgetting the Freedom Tickets that cater for all H10 Users. Great Deal!”

“Everything is good but I have had a few issues. The first being I sent out 100 emails with an old product picture because it wouldn't allow me to change the picture. Now I just found out Followup has been sending emails with "Hi Customer" instead of their name. How do I get the program to grab the customers name?”

“Please Please Please theres gotta be a way where you guys are more New User Friendly am only allowed to use coupons once ina while. and I am working at a Warehouse Bradly as an Assistant to an Inventory Foreman/ Unloading a truck/ Unpacking and Repacking for Specific Customers and then Rotating Inventory into the Warehouse with the older products to the front of the Rotation Bradly. I litterally 9-5 with an Hour of Commute so i gotta bounce outta the Crib at 8 to get there at 9 and by the time i leave at 5 i get home at 6:30 shower and do reasearch from 7-9 and rincse and repeat. am under Tamara Tee = ] and i got H10 a while ago wasnt sure what i was learning so much to learn from her course, & AND H10. H10 is a learner course on its own with Time Always ticking and Money always leaving which makes it so hard to save work and Pay for my Own Apartment so am forced to go monthly and with No Coupons. This is actually Happening in Real Time Bradly = ] I Live in NJ ( Tristate Area ) THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR HELP/YOUR Videos and Understandment = ] Am Colombian By the Way /HiphipHorray! to # FinancialFreedom Product Research is soo hard i think am gonna pay for a Toutor I have gone over Tamaras Course Twice with Print Outs the 2nd time and Highlighted things.”

“Very useful for finding keywords. Cerebro is number one for me and keyword tracking report is very useful. The monthly fee is a bit pricey since there are so many other fees to take care as well. ;)”
