“Helpful tools, but I wish things were more streamlined and plug-and-play. For example, if I want to update a listing, I wish Helium10 would walk me through a process of which tools to use and spit out suggested next steps. Instead I have to come up with my own process and bounce around different tools to remind me of what each one does.”

“It's pretty good but fails in many areas including those below 1) Accuracy of data is debatable 2) inconsistent ADTOMIC information 3) Accounting never balances Overall while I use it, part of me is wondering why because any ADTOMIC recommendations i find myself going to Amazon and triple checking what ADTOMIC is suggesting, and 9 times out of 10 it's invalid”

“It used to be good but now lots of tools don't work properly. Example: PPC cost in Profits are no longer accurate. Adtomic suggestions for negative keywords is not accurate anymore. There are suggestion which does not meet the threshold (10 clicks)”

“I am thoroughly enjoying the benefit of Helium 10. My as spend has also reduced by 33 percent. I am only giving a 3 star because I have yet to find a solution from the Helium 10 technical team to help me join my second seller as account. Hopefully this will get attention from another angle to help me out”

“I love H10, the tools and the insight that you guys give to sellers is amazing. But Adtomic...this is a huge blip for yo guys. It is TERRIBLE. The data is shot, support is non responsive, the app doesn't show correct data either and all you guys are doing is promoting it. Everything else you roll out is polished and well through out. H10 should be embarrassed by Adtomic.”

“Variety is good, but you guys have an annoying habit of releasing stuff that doesn’t work properly and should probably still be in beta. This is really annoying because I often spend hours trying to learn something or set it up, only to then discover that I can’t because someone at H10 never actually finished building the tool properly.”

“I have two support cases regarding Adtomic issues. Both have been opened for a long time and can't be closed. I'm disappointed and considering down grade the subscription level. request (138582) opened on 5/11 request (140683) opened on 5/25 Keep receiving the weekly emails from customer support: "Our developers team have not yet provided an update, however, I can see them actively working on finding the resolution to your concern...." Thanks, Jim”

“Overall great tools and features but let down by regular technical issues. Similar to Amazon, while you may be the first, if general customer/seller service doesn’t improve, it’s only a matter of time before competitors enter the market with a better offering and take a large cut of the market share.”

“Helium10 is still my chosen tool, but missing big needed improvements please: -You guys need to step it up with new Amazon Geos (Brazil and Singapore...Etc) -Wanting to have more tools for Product specific dashboards to examine one SKU in detail. -Wanting to have the abilty to create more customised reports than the auto reports emailed on weekly and monthly basis.
