I had a really bad experience with their customer service. I was having trouble with my tech connection but they didn't respond to my emails, and there was no phone number to call for help.

Have been using Helium for years as we had a lifetime 50% off any plan. Today we received an email that they are removing the discount. Just to be clear, they are not raising prices on their website, but simply reverting on their promise. This is not a company worth my or anyone else's trust. It's a company of liars. Why I say this is because not only has my small company been a paying customer over the years but we're paying them with our companies data. How can I trust Helium not to sell my data to 3rd parties? After what they've done I clearly CAN'T - YOU SHOULD NOT TRUST THEM EITHER!

Can’t make an account the “are you a robot” check never fills just keeps circling. Been like this for the last week. There is no contact us button on the website and if it is should make it more visible. Never got past the membership part so can comment on the actual site. Would love an email from the company on how to avoid this

I've been using Helium 10 (Diamond Plan) for 3 weeks now. For some reason it doesn't work for me (I can't select any of my products so I can't create any ad campaign). I communicate it on day one but I didn't get any answer yet. So, my 30 days money back guarantee is almost over and I've not even been able to try Helium 10. I asked to extend the "trial" period (because I have not been able to "try/test" it yet) but they say it's not possible. Conclusions: 1. A lot of money for a tool which does not work (yet). 3. If you have a KDP account, you can't use the most of the tools but you need to pay full price. 2. Zero compression/attention from the support team (all that they do is to tell you "I have scale it to the development team; doesn't matter what you ask them). Kevin Albert

All this software does is regurgitate the same features you already have access to in Seller Central, except you are paying for it. With that said the plans are over-priced. The software is clunky and does not offer a true multi-seller account platform. Instead you have to patch in other accounts in order to achieve this, and it still doesn't work properly. This software looks like a Lamborghini but all that's under the hood is a Honda Civic engine.

Helium10 USED to offer a fantastic, reliable PPC management tool. But they got themselves too greedy, but another company and could not integrate the tools and broke a solid piece of software. For months now what they are offering to manage PPC is pure garbage! But what is worse than that is the company's founders silence and completely disregard towards their long-time customers. No apologies, no explanation, nothing. They changed the charging method, without offering any option to existing customers and their new tool is WASTING thousands of dollars of our PPC budget due to all the flaws with the new system. Sad that such great company and leadership dropped the ball and have been keeping their head in the sand.

A LOT LOT OF BUGS WITH ADTOMIC AND NOT FAKE DATA ABOUT TACOS, I HAVE 3 CASE NO ONE SOLVING , ALL THEY SAY WE SEND IT TO THE development team AND STILL THE ISSUES NOT SOLVED

The ability to breakdown AD reporting of Sponsored Brands has been removed when Helium10 switched to Adtronics. The additional cost for spend over $20k is also why I rate this so low.

The Money back Guarantee is hoax! I cancelled my account within the 30 days, No money back. When I reached out to their costumer service, they told me it was too late to get the money back, as I have to request for the money back. - There are no info about that when cancelling, on their website. Only this text "There is also a full money-back guarantee as long as cancellations occur within the first 30-day period from the start date of the subscription."

We had paused our sub then got billed for 3 months without us getting an invoice. I then emailed support to cancel and it still didn't get turned off so we got billed another month. The cancelation process should be illegal given it takes 5 steps to cancel and no human being has ever replied to us. Terrible service. Poorly managed. Exploitative business subscription tactics. Do not recommend. Will be filing a complaint via the BBB. Also their phone number on the invoice we did get for this month doesn't work. Tried to contact them for their 30 day refund, no response. I can't even check the boxes regarding their refund process or really their customer communications because they didn't do either of them.

Several tools don't work as advertised. Seller support emails me once every few days with the copy-pasted message of "We haven't forgotten about you!" but the issues remain outstanding for over a month. Automated review requests aren't being sent. Back-and-forth with support & now 10% are being sent, but several thousand reviews per day aren't being sent. Restock reports aren't accurate. Showing 0 units in stock when I can see hundreds of units on seller central. Alerts don't notify if a dimension change results in a higher FBA fee. An email saying "your product was 14.1111426cm length and is now 15.21111156cm length". So I need to check every ASIN after being notified? Whats the point of the alert if it's only partial information? Refund genie & customer support have conflicting information on US & CA FBA inventory. 1 report is generated, but our inventory in CA & US is separate. No instructions on how to file for 2 regions within 1 seller ID, and seller support has no idea (given answers saying no don't file in both regions, and yes file in both regions). I also reached out to the sales guy (Michael) who pitched helium10 and said "sellers your size need to be on helium" but unfortunately I didn't receive a reply. I've been going back-and-forth with seller support for over a month, still no end in sight. Couldn't recommend helium10 in the slightest. Has negatively impacted our business in several facets and their sales team can't even reply to emails with my concerns.

I wanted to test the helium 10 software for a month to see how it works and if it could benefit my business. I chose the Platinum subscribtion, which was 97 USD/month, with a 30 day money back guarantee. After 20 days I cancelled the subscribtion because it wasn't worth it. But didn't receive my money back. Since then I am trying to get in contact with them but they don't reply to my emails and messages. I feel scammed.
