the price point is very high. There will be a package for beginners that focus on product search only. It does very not look like a wise idea to pay a higher price even you are not earning any money. A suggestion is to create a starter package for at least 3 months, focusing only on the product search and training period. That is a beginner requirement for that period, then he will go further as decided. The starter may not be required many things in your beginner package. If your product passes the product search phase he will add other modules.

This product is for those who already have Amazon business setup and making good profit. I will not recommend this for beginners or small sellers for below reasons. 1. PRICE IS TOO HIGH. 2. Customer service is not good at all. Reps will listen to your concern to come back with big words like we apologies,thank you, sorry,we appreciate but will not resolve your concern. 3.Don't pay $132/month Canadian, not worth it, I would recommend jungle Scout or Sellics if you really want to pay for a product. 4. Helium 10 has option to "Pause" subscription, which is a scam. Lets say you paused it at beginning of month for vacation. When you come back you have to pay again to resume subscription. It should be changed to "temp cancellation" or "Stop". Pause is something which can be started where it was left. 5. Money back guarantee is a scam too. You can forget your money once paid. They will always come back with an excuse to not refund you.

We got impressed with the features in Helium 10 and the supporting videos BUT the customer service sucks! While testing “Follow-up" we found lot of bugs & errors, sent them to 2 of your Philippines VA's and we are still after 8 days awaiting replies/solutions. One get the impression that all your VA's except Aldwin would need quite some training before they handle customers. Also, it is quite annoying that we cannot get in contact with anyone in the administration. So far we are far too disappointed to subscribe but perhaps a solution from the admin can change our mind? Here is the email se sent to Pauleen 8 days ago: Jul 8, 2020, 9:17 PM PDT Hello, I am testing “Follow-up” but unfortunately find a lot of bugs & errors. Could you please check these and tell me why they do not work? 1. Email template “1st email -Amazon has shipped your new [[PRODUCT-NAME]].” has the following errors: a. 3 x CONTACT US do not work! b. The PLEASE CLICK HERE TO ADD A LITTLE REVIEW link is not correct! c. Most of the “Amazon Template Tags” do not work! 2. Do we need to set the content of each of the “Amazon Template Tags” or should the software pull this from our account? 3. On the “Follow-up>PRODUCTS” page ASIN: B01LXUWITK is missing in many of the countries. 4. Why does Holland have this: “Marketplace: A1805IZSGTT6HS” instead of Holland? 5. Why does United State have 2 SKU numbers (SKU: 40034921927, 712038304820)? 6. If we sign up today, will you compensate all the days we might loose on errors like the above? Thank you. The problem with Helium 10 is: - They are very good at marketing and hyping their own tools. - These are tools that don't work very well or have been designed in a rush or designed in a way that makes the customer very excited only to find they don't work very well after subscribing... - It's clear also that they don't value customers too much with their hardline and rigid approach to customer support.

when I first started using helium10 I was really excited. The tool seemed comprehensive and provided a lot of features. However, the issues started after I started digging deeper into the results that I was getting from helium10. Most of the numbers you get for your accounting (profits) is not accurate. For example, the profit margin shows 25% but if you use other tools and have those Softwares calculate your profit you would get closer to 15%. I brought this up with costumers service several times and so far nothing happened. I also told them since there are several issues with the software (I only mentioned one here), I would like to get refunded as I am not getting the benefits as it was promised and I got totally ignored. I have requested a refund 3 times and so far nothing has happened (of course they keep telling me their developers are working on this issue and I need to be patient but it is more than a month and nothing has happened yet). the first time I asked for a refund (I am paying $97/mo) I was told I need to cancel my subscription that's how I get refunded (honestly talking with helium 10 people outside of the chat is impossible and they refuse to refund me for the months that their software was not working properly) I will update this review as soon as I hear back from them.

I tried the free trial. The calculator is a very good feature. I was actually willing to pay just to have that feature. When I got in touch to support, had really incompetent people in support. Kept repeating the same thing, perhaps reading a script. I simply asked how much it cost to have that feature or what package do I need to buy for me to have it. It was talking to a brick wall. I got so frustrated, I turned to another tool and decided not to use Helium. I suggest firing everyone who works in customer services and look to replace people who actually listen and help the customer. Its a shame as you have nice features on your product.

I have a problem when I connect Follow up to my account. Follow up says that send messages but is not true if I check inside my Amazon account. Customer service didn't solve it in 2 months! Unbelievable and of course when I say my money back they always say me that development team is investigating my case. 2 months... Do you want I pay for the 3rd month?!

The customer service is a **** I had a big problem to connect the software and they didn't solve it. They always say me that will answer me when they have a solution, but never happens. So I paid for one month for nothing. It was they fault, not mine. I'm still waiting for a solution or they give me my money back... I thought Helium 10 was a serious company :(

I am taking an Amazon FBA course and was recommended to take a Platinum Plan. Since I am from Europe, my card was rejected. I was told through the live chat support that stripe (payment provider of H10) has some issues with European clients making payments through credit card. I asked if I can pay through paypal? Since I had no chance at the moment for the payment, I only asked if they can give me a week access so that I can follow up on the course and next week after easter break when the banks open, I can see if maybe my bank can resolve the issue by authorizing H10 to charge my card. I was very sad to hear that H10 was not being supportive at all. Even though I still will return once the credit card issue is resolved, however I just did not understand how H10 can be so greedy about activating just for few days my account until I resolve the issue or maybe I should say until H10 resolves the issue with stripe.

i think the tool is overpriced. imagine for a newcomer to pay that kind of fee for the too may not be practical. it should be priced in balanced way where a new comer can afford it There are already tons of other areas where money is required for a new comer. You can always increase later.

I just finished bootcamp and am in week 1. How can I review helium 10...my only experience is with a 1/2 page list of items and no way to update or expand it. I have no experience, I have no opinikon.

Couldn't find a safe product. worked on this product research for 9 months and purchased two course with no luck. The part that sucks is I have the money to make it all happen. But Im not going to just pick a product for the sake of trying to be a seller. Unfortunately Im closing my helium 10 and amazon account tonight. Moving forward looking for other financial opportunities.

We were interested in an annual plan of the tool, but due to the poor and insecure payment gateway, we could not hire it (our bank almost blocked the card due to the risk of data theft). After contacting support, we were not allowed to pay with paypal or bank transfer.

I'd give you a negative 0 if it was possible! You've been charging my account month after month even though I cancelled back in September 2019! TWICE in January alone! 500.00+ dollars that you were NOT authorized to take! I want a reimbursement and for you to STOP charging my account!
