“I was hoping having paid for the helium 10, my access to using the tools will be easier and simpler but they are not, although I have followed the instructions on how to connect it to my Amazon Sellers accounts. Every time I try using tools like Xray, Assin and Black box, I am denied access. I bought Helium 10 a few days ago, and as a newbie, I need a lot of practice in using helium 10 to research and analyse the profitability of my products and if I cannot use the tool I will have cancel and request for refund.”

“I find your features such as Frankenstein, cebro, magnet, and scribble could be combined into one, they are intertwined and compliment each other, but it's annoying how you have to go from one to the next, make all of this into one screen,it will be more user friendly.”

“Very unhappy that index checker is STILL not working. Other tools work well for the US marketplace, but are hit & miss for Canada with respect to sales volume. Need to get the algorithm updated for that. The scribbles etc... are pretty cool, however, really need to get index checker working and the sales volume fixed.”

“I do really like Helium 10 I think it has a lot of valuable tools and the support staff are very polite, however recently I've had a few issues that been somewhat frustrating; Firstly the search vol. for my tracked keywords remained the same for over two months and was only updated once I contacted support. Had I not noticed I feel this would never have updated. Secondly my profits has been out of sync for months now, for example 6 orders on 01/01/20 and then I receive a few orders in the early hours of the 02/01/20, profits still records the sales as having happened on the 01/01/20 until around 07.00 on the next day. I contacted support about this last year and they spoke with the developers, I provided evidence to explain the situation and then was never contacted again. I then contacted support at the start of this year and again provided more evidence but the problem still hasn't been fixed. Apart from this the rest has been very good.”

“the site is user friendly which is awesome but often many of the items available on Amazon don't show in searches under key terms when you search. Perhaps all the handmade items don't show? Not sure but the search definitely does not include all items listed in any particular category which makes the data not as reliable as it should be.”

“Regarding Alerts - There should be a way to turn more than 1 on at at time. Turn all on, as well as a search function on Title to search a subset and turn them on. Very tedious to do one at a time when you have many listings.”

“Your tools are great. Your videos are great. Blogs, podcasts, your online course, all that is just great. But your admin online just sucks! I couldn't change my address myself. Your system, obviously the only one in the world, doesn't accept my normal credit card. I can't even add my phone number myself. And I can't change the time I get my daily mails with my stats and alerts. I live in Germany. I want everyday at 7am an overview of what happened the past day. And I get it only at 5pm! This is either too early or too late. But I can't even change this simple setting myself. The time zone doesn't let me. Of course, this is a detail compared to everything else you offer. You do deliver an awful lot. But if I don't write that, when are you gonna change it? It is sad to lessen such a great experience with your tolls with such unimportant details that should work.”

“Im glad to use your products they are great, Ive used JungleScout before and Helium10 is by far much better. But i dont understand why the only marketplace that is not data for is the Mexico marketplace, I have to pay for both softwares just to get some data for Mexican market. I think Helium10 would be a much more complete tool if you add that marketplace.”
