“Without a doubt, it's an exceptional tool for business growth and doesn't get me wrong I am happy with the product. I am really not happy with the dashboard, for example, I like the favourite section it shoes me sales detail but it doesn't give me data when I need to restock. Also, sales data for 7 days,30 days and 90 days on one page will make a big difference to understand product performance. Sales trend declining and increasing compare to yesterday is useless when you have multiple products in different categories.”

“A decent tool! I did not give a better rating only because there were a couple of features that I wanted them to include and they never did. Because of this it's almost not possible for me to rely on Helium 10 alone and I need to use another software too. This adds to my monthly expenses for no reason.”

“I just want to know how to narrow the category to just kitchen. I've asked in the H10 fb group, and the chat within h10 and no one can tell me except use the filters.”

“I'm not sure how you are pulling your data, but the sales figures that are represented on many of the variation listings are not accurate, and inflate the sales for that ASIN. The single, 0 variation listings are usually accurate.”

“The profits not doing the job right, it should be an option to deduct TAX from the profit automatically otherwise it is not a net profit.”

“The reports are not as good as other tools, it's hard to drill down on certain KPIs of this business. Make all reports exportable to excel or gdocs specially the profit by product by date type. Also the inventory tools should take into account seasonality more historic data and more advanced statistical formulas to forecast. All this is very simple to implement and have a huge difference vs other tools out there.”
