“1. Is it possible to have week plan, beside month and year plan ? that would be more flexible for users like me. 2. Can I cancel the account in advance when I open a new subscription, or I just subscribe for one month，so no need for me to cancel when the time ends, because people easily forget.”

Hi Fandy, Those are some excellent questions! 1. At this time we don't have the ability to do that. We will consider your recommendation though. 2. That is a somewhat unique case. If you email support@helium10.com when you sign up and ask them to cancel your account at the end of your first month, you shouldn't have to follow up to cancel your account. “I have used Follow Up for about 3 months. All is fine however, I sell on Amazon.co.uk and I find that there is a time delay from when a customer orders a unit to when the Helium 10 first email is sent. For Prime this means that the customer receives the order before they receive my first email.”

“Like - its good. Customer service is great. Support is great. Learning is great. But the only thing that really drives me crazy. - The ridiculous names for each tool which requires me to learn/memorize just another thing. Small i know. But still.. why these names for the tools. - Now i have to teach employees. It's not OUT OF THE BOX self-explanatory. Every new user is going to log in and be like. .. hmmm ok... Cerebro... ahhh whats that? Magnet... Like, can't apples be called apples ? Another thing is. #1 - I would like to export the data for the tracking of products. - I want to track the changes and graph them. Including rank #2 - I would like the ability to create some kind of keyword log book for sets of keywords and have notes for those sets. - So say I am researching keywords for basketballs. - I want to save some keywords to a clipboard/folder for specific words for PPC or specific words for PRIMARY or specific words for ...... - then also add notes to those folder/sets/clipboards etc...”

“It is nice getting freedomticket,but there is nowhere to get answers to questions so, while i think it is a good thing,the lack of any real support is holding backa better rating. “I find Helium 10 very useful. There are some minor discrepancies in the data when I run an X-ray on my own product. There are some minor interface issues when entering multiple ASIN numbers, but that could be an issue of Chrome running under Windows 10. Also, the mail automation option should be one of the menu items and not only accessible via a link from the email offer. As I am not using the full Helium 10 functionality yet, I do not have any other comments at this stage.”

“Hi Bradley, H10 is probably the best amazon seller tool for now but this doesn't means it couldn't be better. - it wolud be better if in profitability calculator every user could choose the measure unit they want to use. (I have to convert every time from cm to in and from kg to lbs. Thank you for the good work you do every day!”
