“Awesome product. Keep adding amazing functionality. Now if you only fix the Inventory Availability function to be a LOT faster would be awesome. Is way way to slow. Keep and other extensions out there do it very fast, so it is possible to do, just needs to be fixed”

“Helium10 has world-class customer support. I am very satisfied with quick responses and help from Helium10 customer support. Jungle Scout's customer support is way below Helium10's. Helium10's Product Research, Keyword Research, Analytics and Followup tools are all very useful. But I am a bit disappointed of Helium10's ADS tool. Suggestions are only based on common sense. We do not see it useful. Several months ago we had a big issue with our sponsored ads campaigns due to duplicated keywords of different match types. It took us several days working with Amazon support to troubleshoot the problem. It would be very helpful if ADS provides the ability to identify duplicated keywords of different match types across campaigns so that other users do not have to go through the painful process to find out what was wrong with their campaigns.”

“H10 has been integral in helping our AMZ sales quadruple in the space of just one year, so I would recommend the diamond package for sure. I would probably use Adtomic a lot more if the data was not based on the 3 day delay, that's the only complaint I have. All the the other h10 features are very solid.”
