“Very useful tools Quick and informative video tutorials When I have used it, quick response to queries New tools being developed all the time Suggestions: 1. Allow the clock to be changed to local time so that for example sales show in the correct day 2. Local VAT (on PPC costs etc) are not included and therefore affects calculations. The option could be "do you pay VAT on your sales?" "If so, what's the rate?"”

“Excellent tool with a lot of help and a lot of information about how to use it, some of them are a bit complicated for non-experts and maybe it would be very good to think that those of us who use Helium 10 are not experts in many details and maybe it would be easier to understand it, for example I have listened and attended the web seminar of Atomic but it has not been easy to use this tool.”

“Superb multifaceted application that helps the user manage all stages of his/her Amazon business. The Freedom Ticket is hands-down the best Amazon training program in the market. Frankly, I wouldn't start an Amazon business with it. While I am not a power user, the Adtomic PPC optimization program is the most comprehensive and easily understandable program I have used.”

“Love you guys and your software. It's not super perfect and there are some glitches like some KWs showing vastly different search vol when searched directly on Magnet and when it comes up in a Cerebro ASIN search... makes me worry about the reliability of SV of all the keywords, as I do rely on your software heavily! I'll try and communicate these as they some so you can investigate them. But overall, indispensable to me as a starting seller and I'm sure will remain so for a long long time! Good work. Great customer support!”
