“very happy with helium10 for keyword and product research, however I was disappointed when Ads was converted to a share of spend payment model even though it didn't manage all types of ad targets.”

“Overall great tools and features but let down by regular technical issues. Similar to Amazon, while you may be the first, if general customer/seller service doesn’t improve, it’s only a matter of time before competitors enter the market with a better offering and take a large cut of the market share.”

“A LOT LOT OF BUGS WITH ADTOMIC AND NOT FAKE DATA ABOUT TACOS, I HAVE 3 CASE NO ONE SOLVING , ALL THEY SAY WE SEND IT TO THE development team AND STILL THE ISSUES NOT SOLVED”

“The idea of Helium 10 is great but the platform has a lot of issues abd bugs. Some of the new features are not working as expecte and we have always double check if the entries are full executed on Amazon. Support of Helium 10 is not satisfactory. Still waiting for a ticket to be resolved for more than 50 days now. Only get apologies and not resolutions.”

“H10 has been integral in helping our AMZ sales quadruple in the space of just one year, so I would recommend the diamond package for sure. I would probably use Adtomic a lot more if the data was not based on the 3 day delay, that's the only complaint I have. All the the other h10 features are very solid.”

“Helium10 is still my chosen tool, but missing big needed improvements please: -You guys need to step it up with new Amazon Geos (Brazil and Singapore...Etc) -Wanting to have more tools for Product specific dashboards to examine one SKU in detail. -Wanting to have the abilty to create more customised reports than the auto reports emailed on weekly and monthly basis. Cheers”
