Hello, Our shipping partner uses USPS to deliver parcels once they reach the US. It looks like your order got delayed once it got passed on to USPS, however the tracking information on their site is live: https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction.action?tLabels=4209950292612927005379990010120507 And the laste update is from yesterday: "August 27, 2020 at 1:07 pm Arrived at USPS Regional Destination Facility ANCHORAGE AK DISTRIBUTION CENTER" We're really sorry that your order got delayed, but once the parcel leaves our warehouse it is beyond our control. “I bought this rocking horse for my one year old grandson. He loves this. Wooden toys are always good for children and we prefer it to plastic ones. Although the product arrived in time and in good condition, a small variation of found in the thickness of two pieces is protective side bars. Though not major issue, I expected it to be perfect in all respect. Over all an excellent product”
