“I bought a dolls house for my child's first birthday present. Item arrived quickly however part of it was broken. Emailed customer services in regards to this for them to take 2 weeks to respond to just tell me to stick it back together myself with PVA glue... Hardly the point and not really what you should expect when you spend a lot of money on something. Really disappointing response.”

We were genuinely trying to suggest a quick fix to the issue. Unfortunately items which are glued can sometime get unstuck. We also offered to ask the supplier to send a replacement part.

“Pregunté al servicio de atención online si el peluche musical que quería comprar traía la música de la nana de Brahms u otra cosa (porque no quería en ningún caso la nana de Brahms, que me vuelve loca). Me dijeron que traía una música original, que no era esa. Compré el peluche y descubri que era la nana de Brahms. El peluche en si está bien, pero la música no la voy a poder usar nunca.”

“We received the order as ordered but one of the parts is missing which stops us from fixing the support handle to the base properly. As the handle is loose needless to says it makes the usage dangerous. It’s been 7 working days since I wrote to them but no resolution has been provided yet. “Checking with the supplier””
