Pensaba que el producto vendria en su caja original, no una caja de carton sin mas...era un regalo y quedo cutre cutre. Por no dcir q viene super arrugada la tela de la almohada que tuve q desmontarla antes de usarla y plancharla , en fin....que barata la almohada no es para venir empaquetada asi.

Item didn't fit my tv (tv safety strap). Offered refund if returned unopened but had to open packet to see if it fitted. Effectively wasted money.

Product arrived damamaged I rang and spoke to Oliver explain item was a Xmas present for daughter. He said he would contact next day never heard anything. Had to contact eBay for full refund

I had to send the package back. It said on the website that the package contained 6 boxes of washing powder, but only one was sent. When I asked about it, I was told it was a 'mistake' on the website. Still, it would have been nicer if I had been sent the six boxes that were announced.

Ordered 11 days ago, no delivery as yet. Have emailed to ask when I will get my order but had no reply. Poor service.

Unfortunately the only review that I can give is that I have not received the item I ordered. The shipping information indicated that shipping international takes 5-10 business days. It is now 16 days since the date it shipped and I still have not received the toilet seat.

Sent wrong size item. Then wanted me to buy same item again in correct size as well as pay return postage for the one bought originally. Also blamed sizing error on me as the buyer.

We were told via email our purchase had been despatched on 13 Jan. It was delivered on 23rd, only when we contacted the supplier direct.

The Child and Pet Gate I bought only lasted 5 Weeks before a 5yr Old managed to open it as the locking handle fell apart. They are saying it is possible MISUSE! Do 5yr olds not come withing the catagory Child and Pet Gate. All I wont is the product I paid for fit for purpose

I emailed a question which was not answered, so I re-emailed a second time only to be told they had a "thread" to prove they had responded to me the first time, but I never received. They still did not address my concern and by this time I had taken a chance on the items and purchased them, which had the question been answered I would not have bought! Very slow to leave feedback.
