“I ordered the Bowron lambskin rug while in NZ on holidays, thinking I had ordered from a NZ website as I didn't want to carry 2 rugs back on my return flight. Not knowing Hello Baby was a UK based at first, I was happy to have it sent by mail. I then realised the site was from the UK, BUT IT WAS WORTH IT, I receceived the item the day I returned to Brisbane, AND IT ONLY TOOK 5 DAYS TO ARRIVE. What fab service you offer!”

“Quick turn around, goods in perfect order. My only concern is with the carrier who decided to leave the package on the front doorstep, as opposed to with one of our many neighbours or under our porch at the rear which other delivery people do.”
