I purchased seeds and my order has been stuck in customs for 5 days no update on my order. I tried to email customer service but there is no email on the page only a number and I got no answer.

Got package that had been opened by customs and seeds taken the envelope was taped closed with biosecurity sticker and a letter from customs stating seeds have been destroyed payed for example extra stealth which never happened wrapped in a tshirt was how I got my very first order bout 2yrs ago come on guys get on the ball not ordering from herbies again last 5 orders have been seized.its very laughable

orderd seeds from these guys an a packaged arrived with no seeds an a letter saying got destroyed got a scarf out off it now a refund on to my bank card would be very much appercaited an yous should have all details thanks Nathan

Not really a bad experience, and it’s my fault as I should have taken up the insurance policy. But the seeds were destroyed by customs so the end result was paying for the most expensive pair of socks I’ve ever bought. But you better believe I’m going to wear the hella outta those socks 🤣

So far so good with everything but problem with my previous order. Other’s problems were solved but this is not yet. Order #987308 ordered 11 seed but only 9 were germinate. Report to customer support nearly 4weeks ago still no reply.

Would not recommend anymore. Used to be pretty good, but communication is a mess. Took over 2 months to receive my order. Went to try them again and saw that's it's 50nzd to have insured Delivery. Not worth it.

We do recommend to use it, but of course we do not insist on that, as follows it is completely up to you whether you want to apply it or not. I ordered 3 different strains of seeds from them. One of the strains was grandmommy purple because of the raving reviews. I emailed them 3 times about an issue that I'm having with those seeds they never responded. The issue is when put into a 12 12 cycle for budding they still continued to veg after four weeks of 12 12. Had to go to a 14 10 bud cycle to get them to start budding, no mention in there description that these were short cycle plants. I feel they sent me something that I didn't order. Very disappointed

I had purchase Blackberry Gum 3 seeds feminized autoflower, 1 banana purple punch, got gelato seed 3 for free. All autoflower. None of my blackberry gum germinated….not happy about that!!! I will not order from here again they don’t guarantee 100 % germination rate

Hi I have already email you wanting a refund but no reply. My order number is #985998 and my order was placed 26/08/22 and it has been sitting in Sydney since the 08/09/22 so that means it has been found I am just wanting my refund Please.

Brought 2x grandmommy purple seeds and they both didn't germinate but the zkittles gorilla glue did but sadly the bubblegum also didn't germinate.. happy with the free seeds we selected but the ones we actually paid for didn't work, which I am slightly dissatisfied because I wanted to make another order wanted to stick with a seed bank that I trust with stealth shipping ect.
