“I am an experienced, long-time grower. I ordered from Herbies for the first time this year, and had a few seeds out of a large order that did not germinate. I contacted them to let them know, in consideration of their advertised "guarantee," and asked for replacements for those (not even a refund). They refused because I could not give them a pic of the seeds that did not pop for me. Of course, it never occurred to me that I would have to keep them. After all, they looked just like normal seeds! So, buyer beware, folks. Take a pic, even if it's stupid. Or better yet, try a headshop with a more reasonable claims procedure. I will not be back.”

“I'm usually a herbies fan. But was let down after 5 of the seeds didn't sprout?? 10 out of 15 sprouted. And are doing well. Hopefully get a refund back from herbies. Otherwise there a great site and good selection. 👍 I recommend this site to all friends. Hopefully that helps.”

“I ordered seeds and one seed didn't germinate. I let them know because the seeds are guaranteed. They wouldn't replace the seed because i didn't have pictures of the seed that didn't germinate. They lost a loyal customer over one seed.”
