Delivery was quick, plants started out really nice. Then all 5 of the feminized autos I bought hermied and had nanners popping up at about week 3 of flowering. Super dissapointing.

2star at best. Trying to pay was a part n in the rear. Your system rejected a card with better than $10,000 available credit.

Of the six seeds I ordered, the most expensive one did not germinate. I notified them of this but nothing in response.

Fantastic service at time of purchase and very fast delivery, unfortunately only two seeds out of the 8 I received sprouted, those two never developed past there first set of pod leaves, have had previous orders that all went fine, this time not so :(

I have been growing cannabis since 2008. Usually I purchase my seeds from a Canadian seed bank. 3 out of the six seeds planted and propagated. I have a degree in floriculture and have a strong understanding about how to grow. I would like to get reimbursed for the cost of the 3 seeds that were duds, or replacement. Thanks

They are so happy to chat with you in order to sell you seeds but of course of if there is any issue with delivery to your address they email you - because they know they should have CHECKED with their carrier to see if they could deliver to that address BEFORE they take your order and money. They email you because of course they do not want to talk to you about their mistake. What are the chances that I would order from them again? What do you think??? Now I am totally worried that the seeds I paid so much for won't be what they're claimed to be. Avoid difficult questions and you can count on turning off future customers in the process.

Package came in when I opened no seeds, contacted them, just showed me a video of where seeds where at, but nothing was there. Basically told me nothing would be done about it.

The seeds could be absent from the package due to a customs interception and in that case an interception notice would be provided along with the package. Shipped March 4th. Received a package March 22 with a note that said the seeds were confiscated and destroyed at customs. I thought it was stealth packaging.

I received an unknown package delivered to my door. I had no way to know that it was my seed order. It was a small tool kit shaped like a motorcycle. I had no idea that I had to disassemble it to find my seeds. When I contacted Herbie Seeds to Inquire about my seeds I got a chat window with slow response. Fortunately I was able to find my seeds by removing several screws and taking pieces apart but I should have been clearer what to expect. I could have thrown out or given away the shipment thinking it was just some random shipping error. I feel like a criminal engaging in covert operations. Did I just participate in a crime?

I ordered a Buddha medkit CBD auto cost me $80 with delivery and insurance, it sprouted but never opened its baby leaves because the mother was harvested early and seeds lacked the energy or it was a dud. I asked for a replacement and had pics and they told me they dont replace seeds or do refunds on used products and offered a free seed from their free seed list. So now i have to spend another $80 and have spent $160 just to get one seed that i need for CBD oil and its female.

Meh. No freebie or bonus. Website says different, but either way. Won’t buy again from Herbies. Beans arrived in about 5 days, differ greatly in size. Did I mention no bonuses?

The process to biy seeds should be streamlined, when i biy seeds from othet sites im able to pay right away, insyead of waiting for multiple emails... I just want to buy seeds, not have a back and forth game of email tag...

I’ve placed my order Nov. 2nd, and my order still says it’s in transit. It’s been over 3weeks!!! And I still haven’t gotten my package I’m disappointed that it’s taking this long! I’d love to recommend this site to people but my views are changing. Can I get some help on my order?
