Purchased my seeds, after payment went through I was contacted by the company and the informed me they needed to switch some strains because they ran out. No discount, no free seeds, not even a sticker.

I'm usually a herbies fan. But was let down after 5 of the seeds didn't sprout?? 10 out of 15 sprouted. And are doing well. Hopefully get a refund back from herbies. Otherwise there a great site and good selection. 👍 I recommend this site to all friends. Hopefully that helps.

I ordered seeds and one seed didn't germinate. I let them know because the seeds are guaranteed. They wouldn't replace the seed because i didn't have pictures of the seed that didn't germinate. They lost a loyal customer over one seed.

I have been using Herbie's for a couple years now and the last two orders I've had only half of my seeds germinated. Frustrating but what came from the seeds was fantastic. So I have mixed emotions but overall satisfied with the end result

None of my seeds would germinate!! I used the wet paper towel method. No problem with order otherwise.

I ordered auto flower seeds and got photo periods. Of course I had no way of knowing until I had to flip the light schedule 4.5 months later to get them to flower.

Out of 20 plus seeds 5 were duds. Not happy cause I paid higher price than competition. So maybe you will replace seeds that didn’t germinate.

Bought 3 seeds (lsd, gdp, ww), only ww has popped. Still early, still hopeful for the other 2. Upon leaving my review of this to herbies site, my review was not being accepted, even if I took a pic using their site.. I guess they don’t like criticism. IMO

Planted 10 seeds, only 2 grew to an inch the rest decomposed. Could be my fault or the seeds, I don't care, I would like to see a bit more ownership in your products. They offered an $18 coupon on my next purchase, or 2 seeds of their choices. I then spent another 70 bucks to purchase different seeds and they didn't honor the coupon. I let them know about this and I've gotten nowhere. Each time I contact them about an issue it takes 2 days to get back to me. So far we're going on 2 weeks. About the only thing gone right was the 1st delivery

According to our records, 7 out of 10 seeds you tried successfully germinated which is slightly different from the 2 you mentioned. Regarding the store credit - we were in the process of applying it to your recent purchase. However, it appears the full amount was paid right away after placing the order. As for our responce time - we've double checked the correspondence between us and as we can see, all the replies are provided within 12 hours - you can check it in the theard of emails.
