I order 3 betty apple seeds and got 2 free only 2 out of 5 germinated so got a 2 refunded and to my disappointment only 1 sprouted I'm now waiting to here back from herbies and would like a refund maybe a different strain ...

Was not delivered to my address had to drive 150 klms to pick my package up I'm still waiting for a response from customer service about this issue not happy with the service

US customer here. Did not know Herbies was outside the US. Their autofill for US addresses left off my house number so the local USPS would not deliver my seeds. It has been a week since the problem was identified and still no resolution from Herbies. I emailed that I would be willing to pay the shipping charge again (even though I was using their ordering software). No response. I'm stuck, maybe I can use their seeds next year.......... Oh well, live & learn. Check your shipping address. Update: Finally got my seeds about three weeks after I placed my order. I started a few but it is getting kind of late in the season to start new seeds. I'll plant the rest next year.

Unfortunately only 4 sprouted and only one has survived. I seemed to have them too wet. The gorilla z aneto never showed itself. My survivor is lemon amnesia

I waited 20 days for my product to arrive, and they said to wait 5 days extra to check if it was lost. 25 days has kind of messed up my growing schedule and yields may not be as well as hoped. They are sending a replacement, but this does not change the fact that I waited for 25 days before a replacement came.

I'll be honest I was not impressed with the seeds that I received had several of them that never popped. I never had any issues with crop King from Canada and you order a five pack for $60 and you get two extra seeds and if they don't pop they will send more. I think you guys may need better genetics from a better Farm

It took 3 attempts to deliver and 2 months after ordering/paying, before receiving my package, but it did eventually arrive. Thanks Herbies for your guaranteed delivery. Let's hope that all the seeds germinate after last season's patchy success rate. LD @ Australia

Good price, shipping. Germinated well. But don't think gorilla cookies Auto does well outdoors. All foxtailed, poor yield.

I guess I made the mistake of making two orders at the same time. Got 2 identical black boxes with a separate order in each box. But did not put a packing slip in either box so I have no idea what seeds r what. 2 sets of numbers and nothing to tell me what the numbers r for each box.
