“Hi being an experienced grower i recently purchased 14 seeds of Godzilla cookies...i have not had a single seed germinate out of 10 tried...extremely frustrating...i grow and have grown multiple times with a variety of different strains...and probably have a 98 percent success rate during germination. Has anyone else had the same problem with the godzilla cookies strain ......10 seeds down and no results.. I soak in fresh river water..then put between non color damp serviets...in average temp of at least 20 deg Celsius...so hows your luck been with this particular strain?.. To summarize ..I contacted Herbies about my situation..unfortunately for me i only had 2 dormant seed remaining of the 10 i had originally tried to germinate...silly me hadnt read the replacement seed policy so i couldn't claim the full amount that never germinated...Herbies have since reached out and replaced the 2 seeds that i had kept to show...and given me 1 more seed as a goodwill gesture..and to settle the situation I want to say thank you for the replacement... and hopefully this is a 1 off...as i have never struck this problem before...”

“Heed my warning, read the directions carefully over and over again until you understand them very clearly. I am so insanely sad when I received the “it’s time to harvest” email and realized I have absolutely nothing. I painted them within minutes of getting to me so I knew something was up.:/ I’m a first time grower and I am so so sad. I did do a direct sow and then shortly after realized in the email it said you do need to germinate them. That is totally my fault. I did go on Google however, and Google said it could still grow. It just might be a slower germination so I kept going and I still have nothing. I did pour this out in my compost this morning and I see no roots or any thing. So sad. I wasted so much money as well. I was so excited. Do not be me. Please read the directions.”

“I order 3 betty apple seeds and got 2 free only 2 out of 5 germinated so got a 2 refunded and to my disappointment only 1 sprouted I'm now waiting to here back from herbies and would like a refund maybe a different strain ...”

“US customer here. Did not know Herbies was outside the US. Their autofill for US addresses left off my house number so the local USPS would not deliver my seeds. It has been a week since the problem was identified and still no resolution from Herbies. I emailed that I would be willing to pay the shipping charge again (even though I was using their ordering software). No response. I'm stuck, maybe I can use their seeds next year.......... Oh well, live & learn. Check your shipping address. Update: Finally got my seeds about three weeks after I placed my order. I started a few but it is getting kind of late in the season to start new seeds. I'll plant the rest next year.”

“I waited 20 days for my product to arrive, and they said to wait 5 days extra to check if it was lost. 25 days has kind of messed up my growing schedule and yields may not be as well as hoped. They are sending a replacement, but this does not change the fact that I waited for 25 days before a replacement came.”

“I'll be honest I was not impressed with the seeds that I received had several of them that never popped. I never had any issues with crop King from Canada and you order a five pack for $60 and you get two extra seeds and if they don't pop they will send more. I think you guys may need better genetics from a better Farm”
