Today was a sad day to find out my package came in but my precious seeds was taken out by customs 😪

Price was fine, website was easy to use. However, now my order has been "Being processed by customs" for over a week, with no information on length of delay. If I knew it could be held up, or blocked like this, I may have made another choice.

Hi Herbies team, I am pleased about how quick my order turned up. The tracking and communication is great. However, in an orderfor seven seeds, i only recieved six. Yes, its just one seed, but if i get 6 males im gonna spaz hard.

My first order was good 4/5seeds popped then died after a week only gelato left. Anyway we can resolve this issues other than that fast shipping and good service overall.

Love them But today I was charged and sent unordered products. $68.00 unauthorized purchase. Processed shipping and everything!!! How can items be chosen and added to cart, prepare address use card without my acknowledgement include ( security code on back)) HOW!!????

Hello L., The card details are only available to the cardholder or his bank, so our company neither physically nor legally capable of placing the order on your behalf and processing with the payment. The history of the order shows us that the payment was made on one day, got delayed and then reached our account later on, and after payment is received, the order is confirmed and dispatched, unless a customer asks us to cancel the order. Requests for the order cancellation weren't found, which is why it was sent to you. Happily, we're already in the negotiation process about this matter and hope to do our best

I loved them but they changed to 3D security. I don't believe in credit cards and debit cards are not 3d capable. I made 3 great purchases. Then, because noone could figure out the debit card issue 6 times I tried to buy and. 6 times my money sat in Paris, unavailable to me, for 10 days before the give it back. I'm heartbroken and frustrated. I'm not getting a credit card nor unending a 20 year banking history to buy a seed. I had to jump through hoops to pay before 3D. Now they have blocked me from being a customer. Anybody want to buy a tent?

Normally the 3d secure can be enabled easily by just calling a bank. We also do have other payment systems, and will be happy to guide you through the process

Mix emotions when it comes to herbies. The seeds are great. But, their customer service is a 7/10, needs improvement. I have ordered seeds 3 times from them, and only once the seeds came in on time. I had to request reorders for the other 2 orders because I was worried the seeds wouldn't be viable. If they could get the shipping on point like ILGM, they would be a force to be reckoned with.

I made three orders first was one seed that's grand mommy purple, shes doing fine then I ordered 3 mimosa shot , two popped one didnt , not too pleased since each seed cost me 15 bucks and I used bitcoin so 12 dollar shipping charge added . I'm super stoked about growing this strain mimosa shot , but I'd like what I payed for . Missing that one mimosa shot out of the three gives me anxiety. Update , I have one mimosa shot left and to deal w my loss customer service gave me a code the "next time i order" i get three freebies from a list so basically here's some weak zkittles . They're all about money , you and yours dont matter. So buy what your gonna get baby your seedlings and hope they make it. Smh I spent about 150 bucks and now have 8 seedlings , mind you 2 out of the 3 mimosa shot I paid 15 bucks a pop for didnt sprout, so here's a code for when you spend more money! Keep it! You get 3 stars cause delivery is fast.

Wish I could give a good review, I mean, customer service is great but when I comes to making payment I have nothing but issues, was only ever to make one order using my bank card, then every time after I've tried to make a purchase it gets declined on their end, but my bank say everything is good, so I don't know. Would really love to make another purchase

In this case, the amount is pending, which means it doesn't reach us, but the funds are reserved in mediocre.
