I still have the same problem after receiving my order #1026040, and I sent a message to your supporter before on 8/1/23, and I received a response today after 11 days without any solutions, and I responded to them anyway, and it seems that I will wait another two weeks In order to get another response, I don't know what the response will be either. … I do not have time and I need to start planting this month and during this period of waiting for customer service to answer my problem I made an order from the seedsman company and now they are growing very well. I am really amazed at the length of time it takes for customer service to respond. Uploaded a picture below from my previous complaint.

I had order a package from Herbies around 30 days ago my package has been lost and USPS has no answers customs has no anwser Herbies tells me I have to wait untill 50 days to make an claim to get new seeds delivery I feel very left in the dark and upset about the company’s including Herbies because they give me no help as to what happen I have already order seeds from another company so I could get my patients medication going witch they shipped to me within a week I have lost time and money due to this at this point I am not convinced I will be get the seeds I orderd witch was a decent amount somthing like a 100.00 if they correct the issue I will change my review at that point but i would definitely not recommend this company at this point. I hope they right this because their seed selection is awesome. At this point I be happy with just getting my money back or seeds but not holding my breath Very disappointed Herbies.

Hello Cameron, Thank you for the review. We have double checked our conversation and cannot find any inconvenience from our end, we do provide guarantees for the package delivery and fairly follows them. In this particular case, the tracking is indeed not updating for certain period of time, and if it will get no updated within the estimated period - the package will be considered lost in transit and thus fully covered - exactly as we guarantee, we fairly list our guarantees ahead of the order placement thus the customer is informed regarding the waiting period as well Respectfully, Herbies

Seeds didn’t come. Waited the 35days. Emailed them order 990274 First response -24/10/22- asked if I wanted resent or refunded even through my initial email advised refunded. I responded 25/10/22 - with refund please Herbies - 26/10/22- asked for my PayPal and advised this would be quickest option. I responded with PayPal email on 26/10/22 I have heard nothing since I emailed on 1/11/22- asking if my last email was received Nothing. So it went from emailing me every other day to nothing in over a week. in my experience Herbies do not honour their policies, their customer service is ignorant to customers enquiries and you may as well throw your money in the bin than to give it to herbies. My next step is to go to the department of fair trading with multiple anonymous emails advising of herbies fraudulent practises. I probably won’t get my money back but they will no longer be able to trade in australia and scam Australians. Disgusted in their ignorance. These guys are scammers!

It took a month to get & Customs took my seeds, now herbies said they can only refund my money in bicotin, I didn't pay for it that way, they should issue a refund the way I paid for it, I sent the Customs letter showing it was taken,

1 out of 4 seeds germinated. I use a proven germination process. This was 3 weeks ago and I still haven't heard anything from herbies since sending them pictures of the seeds at their request and answering their questions about my germination process. I would be happy if the customer service was better. I shouldn't have to jump through hoops and not get answers about my issue when they have a guarantee on the seeds.

After 5 attempts since May 2022, I still have no seeds. Herbies keep resending and customs keep intercepting. A cautionary tale for all Aussies.

Finally got my refund from seized seeds at Sydney. But delay has set me a long way back. Seems like aussie customs are onto deliveries. Range and prices look great...but shipping seems a problem at moment

They actually deserve two different ratings. 5 stars for great communication and first order got thru but the last 2 did not. The reason for my 1 star is that I paid with my debt card and I don’t understand why they just can’t refund the amount back. Instead they send me a list of things they need from me like my bank name my account number and address and there are other things on there they also need from me. Below is what they need from me. If I paid you with a debit CC then you should refund the same way back and not ask for all of this info. By the way my 3rd order is in customs right now and probably not coming either. On my first order all the seeds were great except for the 5 blue dream seeds. They all failed to germ and grow. Very disappointing.

I have been a customer of Herbies for a very long time, over 5 years now. I've never really run into any issues, though recently, I've had two orders which have simply disappeared - the tracking has simply stopped updating. I was able to promptly get a replacement order dispatched from Herbies, however, the second replacement order has also gone missing. I have been in touch with Herbies to try and solve this issue, though unfortunately, after days of back and forth, we are still in the same position - we have not solved this issue, and the lack of communication and response is getting increasingly frustrating. The Live Chat agents are useless and aren't willing to help, except one or two. It is extremely difficult to get a response from anyone surrounding the actual issue at hand, and waiting two+ days between emails from the Claims Department is simply not acceptable. I am starting to think twice about purchasing from Herbies in the future, especially given how their support is. I genuinely thought Herbies was the best seedbank out there, though I'm really having second thoughts. To those who are reading - don't get me wrong, Herbies has been great to date, though their support when something does go wrong is extremely frustrating and it makes me feel like I've hit a wall/dead-end. It's not fair to keep customers waiting, especially when their initial order was over 3-4 months ago. While I understand courier delays are out of Herbies control, as a loyal customer of over 5 years, getting treated like this is not fair, especially when the order is over 250€ (250 Euros). All the seeds purchased from Herbies have been of high-quality, so there's no doubting that, though their service really leaves more to be desired. I may have to consider shopping elsewhere in the near future.

Worst experience ever had buying seeds been waiting over 60 days they won't reply to emails now said was going to replace but they stoped answering now sutch a bad sight go else were

I bought one seed for $18 and 3 other seeds at 'buy three get three free'. The cheaper seeds were fine, but the $18 seed was immature and didn't sprout. You can forget the customer "service." I exchanged several messages with multiple people, each of whom made a different request, like asking me to dig up the seed after it had been in the sprouting medium for three weeks. I actually found it and sent a picture of the seed, and they requested that I replant it. Anyone could see that the seed was not going to sprout. They finally agreed to replace the seed for $15 shipping, but the way I paid before was no longer available, and I gave up, tired of the hassle. It was just one seed, they agreed that my sprouting method should have worked, but they still threw up roadblocks. If you buy from them, don't expect them to honor the guarantee. I won't buy from them again.

I want to say a big, big thankyou to Herbies crew. I just received my replacement order..(Sydney customs took original order)...complete with free seeds...and more bonus seeds due to delay. I have been buying for many years, ......so happy...and will continue to buy from your company. I can give the highest recommendation...!!!!!

Sick of all the back and forth emails to try and get 1 seed replaced...costs way to much for shipping and delivery times are ridiculous...already got seeds from another bank in Australia...won't even be bothering about a replacement seed with shipping and insurance prices charged it's just not worth the hassle or cost.

I had more than half the seeds that didn't germinate but after calling and stating that fact and providing pictures I was told that because i got many free seeds I just missed their cutoff to be eligible for seed germination guarantee. I was a fist time buyer who buys thousands of wholesale seeds monthly but after trying this company's seeds and their level of service I decided to take my business elsewhere. That's just rude and unprofessional to run a company like that without caring for people's/customer's satisfaction. I live in USA and bought seeds from Spain only because someone mentioned a strain they had that was sold out in most places so i decided to try 4 different strains to see how's their quality and service but was disgusted with a level of not caring. I guess money is more important to you but you'll eventually lose your clientele or will remain a low profit company because of less and less people will be coming back as repeat buyers.

One year gone by and Herbies still refuse to refund my money that I paid for shipping for Seed Compensation that they sold me that less than 50% germinated. No only they sold me Bad Seeds, they kept my shipping monies that I sent them for they for replacement..Terrible Business, Rippers.... My first order was confiscated by customs in Australia. Herbies sent a replacement order to a different address. It arrived a week after being sent. I have planted 5 seeds and have had a 100% successful germination rate. I would highly recommend Herbies.

Placed order on dec 28th...landed in customs on Jan 4th ....and nothing ...no update or response yet from claims ...on day 8 of 15 for a reply...ordered $300 worth this time....I have ordered from here at least 10 times never an issue till now ..so we shall see what's happens. I also reorderd from NASC...they got here in 4 days no problem
