“I will always order from Herbies because their selection of seeds are fantastic! I have always had 100% success with germinating them until recently. Three out of approximately 50 seeds did not germinate. I made a claim and within a week I had my replacement seeds. Very satisfied customer here! Thanks Herbies!”

“Bought 5 seeds and only sent 3, after all the process of the claim sent photos, they confirmed it was their fault and mistake, now the opposition they give me it’s to buy more seeds and they will send me the other seeds l pay for and never send me, I don’t want to buy more seeds. So the other option is they say they are going to send me 2 seeds from a list of seeds I’m not interested”

“I have purchased of Herbies several times in the past 3 years and received a delivery today As usual from purchase to delivery has been nothing but professional Customer service is outstanding, quick to reply with any questions I asked Price for quality genetics is great plus bonuses Would recommend them to anyone due to my experiences with them over several years Haven’t had to return anything purchased and had 100% success so far with germination Will definitely be purchasing again 👍👌🍻”

“Australian here. I placed my first order with herbies. It got stuck at customs, i emailed them and they got straight back to me, they were helpful and quick to act, a few weeks went by and nothing. So i emailed again. Turns out my order had been lost somewhere, they were so apologetic and sent my order straight away with an extra beans. I recieved it in under 2 weeks. I havent popped any yet so i cant speak for germination rates but they were a brilliant company to deal with. Ill definitely do another order”

“Horrible!!! I placed an order that didn't arrive on time; I paid for faster delivery for nothing, as the package arrived three days past the deadline I had paid for—all because of a simple mistake on your end. And the fact that I won't get any kind of refund is ridiculous. There is no communication with the customer; you don't send emails or messages to notify us of any issues that arise. Terrible!!”

“Hi being an experienced grower i recently purchased 14 seeds of Godzilla cookies...i have not had a single seed germinate out of 10 tried...extremely frustrating...i grow and have grown multiple times with a variety of different strains...and probably have a 98 percent success rate during germination. Has anyone else had the same problem with the godzilla cookies strain ......10 seeds down and no results.. I soak in fresh river water..then put between non color damp serviets...in average temp of at least 20 deg Celsius...so hows your luck been with this particular strain?.. To summarize ..I contacted Herbies about my situation..unfortunately for me i only had 2 dormant seed remaining of the 10 i had originally tried to germinate...silly me hadnt read the replacement seed policy so i couldn't claim the full amount that never germinated...Herbies have since reached out and replaced the 2 seeds that i had kept to show...and given me 1 more seed as a goodwill gesture..and to settle the situation I want to say thank you for the replacement... and hopefully this is a 1 off...as i have never struck this problem before...”

“I found dealing with the staff was really easy and they were very accommodating. I had a little bit of a hiccup with my order but they handled it very well and I was extremely satisfied with how everything turned out, so thank you. I would highly recommend anybody considering using herbies to go ahead and order with confidence. I'm in Australia if that helps anybody.”
