“Their idea of stealth shipping is putting promotional stuff like papers and stickers with weed logos on them in the package. Of course, customs saw it and confiscated the package. Their replacement order also didn’t come through. I’ll never order from them again very unprofessional.”

“US customer here. Did not know Herbies was outside the US. Their autofill for US addresses left off my house number so the local USPS would not deliver my seeds. It has been a week since the problem was identified and still no resolution from Herbies. I emailed that I would be willing to pay the shipping charge again (even though I was using their ordering software). No response. I'm stuck, maybe I can use their seeds next year.......... Oh well, live & learn. Check your shipping address.”

“I cannot pay for my order and it gets cancelled. i get error 404 when the order os created and the subsequent payment email has no link. pretty useless. Have tried 4 times in 3 days now. you are wasting my time!”

“Bloody brilliant, thank you Herbies Seeds. Wonder service, especially since i mucked up the order. Herbies team rectified the problem for me and dispatched promptly. All good getting through customs. But warning to NZ customers, once it gets to local carriers - the expediency grinds to a painful halt. Spain-France-Singapore-Australia in 3 days! Once in Auckland, it took 5 days to go from East to West - MUPPETS. Herbies Seeds are excellent!”
