“In a market where customer service can make or break a company, Herbies has earned my loyalty. Unfortunately, one of my seed orders was lost in transit. I contacted customer support expecting a lengthy process, but the experience was the complete opposite. The team was professional, responsive, and, most importantly, stood by their word. Once it was clear the shipment wasn't going to arrive, they promptly arranged a replacement without unnecessary hassle. That level of service says a lot about a company. It's easy to provide good support when everything goes smoothly, but it's how a business handles problems that really matters. Herbies did exactly what they promised, and that gave me confidence in buying from them again. I've since had excellent experiences with the genetics I've grown, but it's the customer service that has secured my loyalty. Knowing they'll stand behind their customers if something goes wrong is invaluable. For anyone considering ordering from Herbies, my experience has been overwhelmingly positive. “i've been using Herbies since 2018 when you had to send cash to the EU and got seeds a month later very stealth. i've tried US seed banks and had very poor results(less than 40% germination of paid for seeds)not one free seed germinated from Barney's and took 3 weeks (to get crushed seeds in thier packaging)for replacement of the seeds i paid for. 1 replacement seed germinated. Herbies just delivered 16 seeds in a week and all 8 germinated for my first round of autos. i'll start the next 8 in about a month. The quality and customer service has been top notch!”

“Used these guys before years ago and was happy. However, I ordered 2 x 3 packs last month and out of 6 only 3 germinated and those 3 were weak and never made it to seedlings. I suspect they were very old seeds.”
