“tem um anuncio bem grande dizendo que fazem envios para o brasil, no resto do site diz que enviam para o mundo inteiro, mas sou barrado ao tentar fazer compras, atendentes dizem que nao enviam pro Brasil tudo muito confuso. There is a big advertisement saying they ship to Brazil, while the rest of the site says they ship worldwide, but I get blocked when trying to make purchases. The customer service agents say they don’t ship to Brazil. Everything is very confusing”

“Price and customer service have been great. We got quite a few free seeds. And they made it easy to replace seeds when we had a couple fail to germinate. We only had issues with one strain germinating though. Everything else has been really great!”

“Had this seed that even after 14 days wouldn't germ. Put in claim on it just within days if warranty running out. Like a day. Well then offer deals on replacement which I thought I had to do to get replaced seed. Wrong it was replaced. Communication was great. Friendly and caring. If ever in the need for another seed this is the place. It just came today like ASAP once okayed. Off to germ this one still time in season. Lost maybe a couple weeks but now at least warmer here in PA. And it won't be lonely used most all year old seeds this year from last year. All seem to germ but lost some not just wanting to grow even after week in ground. So decided to clean house and go for the gusto. All 10 week to 12 week ers so look out August. Then have two that grow like pa. May to Oct/Nov. Saved some of those for next year to just have long term growth. Well shared what I could. Trust Herbie guarantee 👍👍👌🤝✌️😎”

“2 out of 7 seeds germinated so far, lets see what the rest do. When I pollinate plants for seed crop, I usually get over 90 percent...usually in a 36 stray I get them all to pop. I have been growing for over 30 years ....so it's you not me lol. I have 6 seeds left from Herbies so here is to hoping.”

“What a joke all the packs were opened and re.packaged, I legit got 4 seeds to germ out of 20. Tried to email them they ask for proof I try to give it to them and now my emails won't send through They blocked me and refuse to do anything stay away from herbies they are bunch of crooks!!”

“Seeds did not perform. Radicals emerged then nothing. It did take several months of back-and-forth photos while waiting for response. I received excuses, blame and insults. I am happy others have had better experiences. They did offer 10 free seeds with next order which is redundant due to the quality and level of customer service.”
