Seeds arrived hidden inside a gift. Seeds looked weak when they arrived, still green very few viable brown seeds. Of seven seeds I received 1 germinated into a sprout but it fell over on day 7 and didn’t recover. I will never buy these seeds again. Useless and expensive. Thanks very little

I did not receive any seeds from one of my orders, I am disappointed because it been almost a month and nothing arrived. The first order I have received which I was happy with but I spent more on the second and didn't receive anything so I feel scammed.

Purchased GG#4 Autoflower 5+5 promo, and started my grow and so far 2-3 has been duds and they tiny I ever seen!!! Not at all impressed with quality and value so far with herbies…

This is my worst experience. All six seeds I bought did not germinate. After contacting the store staff, they compensated me for the seeds one month later, but none of them germinated, which caused me to miss the best planting period. It was a very bad experience and I won't have it again.

I received a male. And I didn’t catch it in time which ruined my entire set up so I threw away over five plants because of this. Mind you I’m a first time grower

After ordering the site wouldn't take my email so I couldn't log in to track my order and when seeds came they were not marked so I have no idea what is what.

Well I degerminated 6 seeds,only one popped ! I'll try the other strains but I can tell you the girlscout cookie is a disappointment and I'll never order again.

I asked for the breeders packaging not a poly bag and the customer satisfaction woman blames me for their mistakes. I used them for years when UK based but never again. Shame but I'll stick with UK based companies from now on. I admit I never knew Herbie's had moved till after I paid. Lesson learnt

I ordered 5 blackberry moon rock seeds and not one of them germinated and sprouted. I got a hold of customer service and explained my situation and sent them photos. They immediately sent me 5 new seeds and all 5 have sprouted up already. Been using herbies for years now and will continue to be a loyal customer.

One seed out of 7 germinated, and the seed that germinated is about 5 weeks in and is now looking deformed and is stunted, herbies did send me replacement seeds but they also didn't germinate. Will probably never buy from them again.

after 5 unsuccessful attempts to buy seeds from Australia. it was obvious that little effort was made regards stealth packages on at a least one occasion . It seems delivery to Australia is not as simple as they make it seem All round nice people to deal with and happy to refund

Seeds ordered in January. First delivery intercepted at customs. I was not notified of this and still have not been officially informed. Herbies very slowly and reluctantly reissued the order and sent package vie snail mail. Eventually arrived 30 th March unlabelled. Seeds cannot be identified. There is a combination of photo and auto so this is a real pain. Very disappointing experience . We are a small group of growers that have used other seed banks in the past and on recommendation tried Herbies - how wrong we were.

The seeds came in discreet packaging in a calculator battery compartment. Unfortunately a lot were crushed as a result. We did have a few good that popped up but they didn't survive. It was my first time and i bought quite a few so I would be able to try again but since so many were crushed I was unable to do that.
