The company sent me auto flower seeds. Instead of photo period. Also sent me male seeds instead of female. Customer service would not back their quranty. I am completely unhappy with customer service. I will never order from Herbies again.

Hello Jason, Thank you for the review According to our Satisfaction Guarantees, we don't provide compensation if a feminized seed provides a male plant. The thing is that seeds and plants are a living biological material and it's impossible to guarantee a 100% female plant from even a feminized seed; the chances are about 97%. A plant's gender depends not only on genetics but also on the surrounding environment Also, we've checked a video of your order packaging process and cannot confirm that the wrong seeds were sent, as everything was packed correctly, according to the order content list That said, even though the situation is out of our guarantees, we've still made a compensation offer for you as we value you as a customer, and it's really regrettable you don't find it satisfactory Respectfully, Herbies

So unfortunately I’m super upset because I don’t know what happened but my order ended up gettin messed up some how and instead of sendin me the seed’s that I ordered and paid a decent amount of money for, they sent me a corkscrew and a wine bottle plug!!!! I don’t really quite get nor understand how they messed up my order this bad to begin with. It’s kinda really irritating honestly cause they’re not even of the same category whatsoever honestly, and now I gotta wait and try to figure this all out which is now gonna set me back on gettin some seeds in the ground unfortunately!!

They sent me auto flower seeds instead of femized seeds. They were un willing to admit they made a mistake. Instead sent me a fake packaging video. Such a joke and will never order from them again.

3 of 9 seeds germinated. Seed quality seems poor. Very disappointing. Staff are helpful but would receive less complaints if the product was up to standard. It reflects badly on the cannabis industry.

After following all the rules, all the seeds died. They said since there was some germination, too bad. What a ripoff. An expensive mistake going with this company.

Very confusing company to deal with! Ordered, showed that my payment didn't go through, tried to contact someone was unable to reach anyone by phone was told I would get a call didn't I assumed that my order didn't go through ordered from someone else and then got a email that my order shipped!

The packaging and delivery is great hence the one star but since getting seeds from here only a few have been germinating out of the batch of seeds.

Bought 2 seed varieties - 3 CBD seeds, which germinated with no issue, and 10 kush seeds, none of which germinated. Filed a claim and was told that the warranty just meant that they would add additional seeds to my next order. Do not recommend and will never order from again.

Seeds arrived hidden inside a gift. Seeds looked weak when they arrived, still green very few viable brown seeds. Of seven seeds I received 1 germinated into a sprout but it fell over on day 7 and didn’t recover. I will never buy these seeds again. Useless and expensive. Thanks very little

I did not receive any seeds from one of my orders, I am disappointed because it been almost a month and nothing arrived. The first order I have received which I was happy with but I spent more on the second and didn't receive anything so I feel scammed.
