I purchased seeds last year. I got free seeds with my purchase and Had 100% germination & great success. This year I was so happy with last year’s purchase that of course I ordered seeds again. There were no free seeds and only 2 of the 6 seeds I planted germinated. Same method as last year. I will order from a different company next year.

Total scammers. Nothing arrived and I got told it was the courier service which never arrived. The day they allegedly came I had checked and it was still in transit. They didn't honour their guarantee either.

As of rite now it's getting a 1. My package was never delivered. Although it says delivered to my house. I contacted my local post office and nothing. The online chat people were friendly.

Made 2 orders first order all seeds were duds nothing sprouted 2 different people trying to sprout them in different houses both experienced growers and herbies did not want to know about it they wanted photos of which no one wants to send sounds like the start of an argument your never gona win and Second order didn't make it through it got pulled up in customs another 200 dollars down the drain be carefull ordering if your in Australia because they don't care if anything goes wrong Thanks for nothing

The seeds I ordered did not germinate. I am an experienced grower and I know how to germinate properly. When I reached out for a refund I was met with resistance and a bunch of questions and pictures etc. to send in. I was not willing to take all that time. I just wanted a simple refund or replacement. Not a lecture on Company policy. Also, this email is about a month past when I received the seeds.

Asked me to change my first review. Which I won’t because of Failed delivery, gave me a credit, then want me to pay for shipping again. Instead of just sending the order out again. Guaranteed delivery? I ordered my seeds beginning of December and it’s mid February. Still no seeds. Be careful. Save your TIME and money.

Never got anything except a calculator? Over a hundred dollars for a dollar calculator and the package wasn't securly shut / it was open I need this extra time to start because I live in mn, you guys are f****** up my season, I have to start now being this far north. I'll never order seeds again thanks

I ordered a shipment from Herbie's about 2 weeks ago still haven't received anything. I checked the tracking and it says it barely left the facility. There is no ETA on my package. We are in February. I'm trying to start jerminating asap.this is the first time I have order seeds from any where so I hope it gets here soon if at all..
