I never received my order. Herbie's referred me to FedEx, who denied my claim. Herbie's took my money, but no responsibility. If I could leave a zero star review, I would.

Order came in today after over 3 weeks in customs. Order had been opened and resealed with a letter inside saying customs had seized and destroyed the seeds. This is my order with Herbies. Other I international orders came in no problem. I emailed herbies about this today after I got my empty package. Will see how they handle things from here. As of now I would not order from them if you are in the USA. Will see how they handle and update from there. I want my seedsbir money back.

I used the Bitcoin option for the 5% discount. The discounted total does not appear at checkout so I sent the full amount anyways. Then I got an email from a third party stating I didn’t send enough so they canceled my order. Now to get my money back I’m supposed to log into their account but it says I’m in a “blocked” region. So apparently the “discount” costs more than the regular option but it doesn’t matter since now I don’t have seeds OR my money. Oh yeah, don’t even think about speaking to anyone because in the “help” chat they say they dont do that.

The bitcoin transaction may also include fees at the end of the service you've used to send the transaction, to which we have not referenced. I bought a green crack seed just to try these guys out and then it barely even made a flower like it tasted like leafs the bud did Then when I asked for something to make it right to give me my moneys worth I’m six emails into it now where they keep I think assuming I’m lying or something

I purchased a couple packs months back and long story short they weren’t what I paid for. So they were supposed to send me 7 seeds back out of the 40 I purchased. From the “exclusive” lineup…. So I pay for the shipping again only not to receive a package before we move. Now I’ve been writing claims and they don’t even have the courtesy to acknowledge I’m writing them. Never again would I spend a nickel at Herbies! Terrible product, terrible customer service and, terrible return on money spent. Just an all around bad experience.

i bougth one strain and they told me after i pay that it was not avalible anymore, they replacement they send to me it have beaing the worse strain i ever grow the taste is just horrible plesa stay away from this multiple brand seed sellers go stray to the seed banks

Do not use herbies if u are in australia I've ordered over 300 aud worth of seeds in 2 orders both orders stopped and both orders destroyed with no help from this site at all. By far the worst seedbank Australians can order from. First parcel was marked green tea? Doesn't take a rocket scientist to know customs will n take that one... last order came with an extra letter stating this is a known address known for illegal activity and to not order from them again.. DONT WAIST YOUR MONEY. much better seed banks for Australians to order from avoid herbies at all costs.

First package got confiscated... 120 down the drain attempting a second for 60... I've never had problems getting seeds before..I've ordered hundreds of times from various vendors...maybe bad luck? Don't understand since they send stealth

Asked if they shipped to US and they said yes. What they don’t tell us that the shipment will not get past customs!
