Can't wrap a parcel to save themselves. 3 times in a row their 'stealth' packaging has been taken by customs. Probably because its a $2 mask sent with $30 postage. Or that the seeds are just wrapped in the mask, not hidden in any way like the effort better seed companies go to. Customer service is just generic replies about how they are constantly improving etc. Probably their seeds are as weak as the rest of the operation

Payment process has been a nightmare. Took multiple attempts at different orders for the money to go through and now that it is paid I am still receiving messages from herbies that my order is unpaid.

My seeds did not arrive because "bird seed" wass written on the declaration..... Who ends 15 bird seeds??? Out of the 5 orders I've made, I have only received one...

They send seeds in a way that they know they wont get through customs. Then the say bad luck you had no insurance. They then say we can offer you premium seed bonus code if you reorder. They then the tipple the prices and say not our fault. Beware you have been warned.

Australian- Good service but paid $250 and no seeds. Sent twice and twice destroyed. Happening a lot in now in Aus. Find an Aussie supplier not international if in Aus.

Stopping me from spending my money, I don't understand that stop using 3d secure I'm not siting on the phone for 2 hours with my bank to spend my money.

Worst company to deal with order didn’t arrive even with stealth shipping then I ask for the re send and they tell me there is the new shipping method but I cost extra thought they would have honoured it and just sent the package. Will not be using or recommending them at all.

Apparently, there was a misunderstanding between us, we offered new delivery method as an alternative only, not as obligatory - and, as mentioned, we also offered a free redispatch in full accordance with our guarantees and a store credit as well, to which we agreed on eventually, thus fully honoring our guarantees. Didn't receive seeds. They were instantly stopped and destroyed by Australian Customs. Herbies are not responding to emails... I have spent approximately $1600AUD on two orders, and I have nothing... Herbies has found a new meaning for the words 'Stealth Packaging' in that the seeds are easily detected and thrown into a furnace...

Do not order from this company you go through all the time picking out your products spend hours in the site to get to check out and payment is so difficult you just cancel

I would give zero stars if i could. Ordered last year, no package arrived. Was asked to investigate with AusPost. Did this immediately and sent back details. Took weeks for a response. Their affiliate team kept emailing so i emailed them asking what was going on. They diverted me back to customer support. 90 days for auspost to investigate.. cool i order almost 9-10 months ago. No package arrived. Auspost couldn't confirm where they delievered. Herbies refusing to replace but offering free seeds on another purchase... can't just send those as a replacement? No, ya need to spend more money to potentially not get another package.

Very poor stealth packaging (a sleep mask) and was picked up by Australian customs. The Dep't of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry sent a notification of the, 'Destruction of Goods' after inspection on 1st June 2023.

Customs stopped first and second time it was sent and resent in stealth packaging. Not stealth enough.

We placed our order on may 12 th and after the package sat in customs for weeks, we finally recieved it on june 10th. When i opened the package all that was in it was a pait of socks. This is unacceptable and i want my money back.

Do not purchase anything from this company. They only respond to placing orders and helping with tracking. After that you are completely ignored if something goes wrong. I placed an order on April 23 and reached out to the Herbies Shop a couple of times to find out the status of the delivery to our destination. A tracking number had been supplied but the information never changed. Someone always responded within a day or two. On May 19, the package was delivered, but the seeds had been confiscated. I reached out to Violet, a customer service manager with photos of the packaging and a letter proving that the seeds were confiscated. I asked if the order could be resent via FedEx or would the company consider issuing a refund. I have yet to receive a response. It is bad business to respond only when a customer is purchasing seeds or inquiring about the delivery. This is an unprofessional company that only cares about profiting off of other people’s money. I should have read reviews before ordering.

My order has been confiscated at the border for the second straight time..So now it’s been 45 days since I placed my original order,I’d like reimbursed for what I paid for..and NO,I don’t want anything resent from Spain ever again..I’d like my money back in my account asap

I ordered from Herbie's seeds and all I got was tea bags have reached out to Herbie's multiple times and they never respond would not recommend Herbie's seeds to anyone unless u want to receive something u didn't order and not get a response or a refund worst seed bank ever.
