“My first lot of seeds never made it through NZ Customs so I contacted Herbies to let them know. The feedback from Herbies was excellent and they sent my order again. These have now arrived safe and sound. I was very impressed by their service and assistance. Thanks Herbies!!”

“As first time grower I was recommended Herbies by a friend and thought why not try my hand at growing my own. My seeds arrived quickly but tragically even after following the simple instructions that I downloaded off Herbies website, nothing happened 😑 I contacted the support team and they helped with advice and then when it became obvious that they weren't going to germinate offered to send replacement seeds or a credit for next order. I would highly recommend Herbies, specially for newbies like me 😊”

“I am really happy with the team of herbies! Delivery was fast and the seeds were packed properly. Unfortunately i had 1 seed that didn't germinate but the team was eager to help and sent me a replacement. I ve grown herbies seeds before and the plants were really bountiful with amazing dense buds ❤️”

“Very happy customer. Haven’t germinated them yet but the seeds went from Spain to a remote part of Australia in 5 days, first time! Got lots of free seeds too! Got enough here to keep me busy for a little while! Highly recommended!”

“Seeds came fast. I usually use Humboldt seed but I was looking for something for knock out sleep, WOW I was impressed with the variety and the fact that you can buy just 1 seed and the warranty is very important when you're talking 16$ a seed. Now I have a little crop insurance. I just found my new seed company.. Thanks Tom t”

“My 2 day old Grandmommy purple seedling passed away after 2 days after putting her in Coco, watering with Distilled water. Rowan gave me the BEST advise possible/solution. I LOVE Herbie SEEDS. Had nothing to do with the quality of the seeds received, my inexperience. Thank you Rowan.”

“Fantastic site and even better Customer service always friendly and helpful . My inexperience has shown through and the team here has always taken the time to help me research for the correct type of plant and seeds. Price is a bit rich but when there's a problem with seeds or what you are doing they pitch in and help . I had a few duds and they were quickly replaced. Never failed to receive a order.”

“the stealth packaging confused me but i got a laugh out of it. i have been in contact with them twice. once on shipping and once over a seed issue. their service is top shelf. they are quick to respond and will spend as much time with you as you need..”
