“I rarely write reviews but the simply outstanding customer service I encountered with Herbies prompted me to. I made a mistake with the order and wrote to them past midnight without much hope - instead I received such prompt and beautifully caring , considerate help and support from the team I was blown away! “Great service, prompt replies to emails. My first order was lost (damn customs ), but the people at Herbies resent the order, without hesitation and in a more secure package, my seeds arrived very quickly along with great tracking info.
