“I had more than half the seeds that didn't germinate but after calling and stating that fact and providing pictures I was told that because i got many free seeds I just missed their cutoff to be eligible for seed germination guarantee. I was a fist time buyer who buys thousands of wholesale seeds monthly but after trying this company's seeds and their level of service I decided to take my business elsewhere. That's just rude and unprofessional to run a company like that without caring for people's/customer's satisfaction. I live in USA and bought seeds from Spain only because someone mentioned a strain they had that was sold out in most places so i decided to try 4 different strains to see how's their quality and service but was disgusted with a level of not caring. I guess money is more important to you but you'll eventually lose your clientele or will remain a low profit company because of less and less people will be coming back as repeat buyers.”

Regarding the issues with the product - we fairly provide a list of guarantees we provide, that list is public and offered ahead of the order placement, making sure that the customer is aware of the before the actual order. We have double checked the situation with your order, and we can state that we have followed these guarantees - in your case, most of the seeds you're referring to were provided free of charge as a gift and thus they are not a guarantees samples. “I definitely have mixed feelings about herbies my first order had got taken by customs it happens was not herbies fault fair enough and they replaced them no problems at all since they do guarantee your order if in stealth shipping so that was cool the thing I did not like about it is there was no information at all for around 50 days could get little to no answers I ordered around the 25 th of December and got my seeds the 21 of February but on a good note they did ship my new package out very quickly after the long clam period and the had arrived in about 14 days my advice would be to order your seed way in advance just incase something happens another good thing about herbies is the customer service was all 100% that alone is valuable one more quick note is they do no ship seeds in original packaging if u chose stealth mode that I did not like but they have done everything they said so far so I’m ok with that but it’s definitely a better feeling to have the original package so I’m satisfied with herbies and would order again my not with the strath and take my chances I have not popped my beans yet and am curious definitely of the germ rates will definitely cheak back in on that thanks herbies”
