“Fast shipping good quality guaranteed seeds I had two that would not sprout, a Herbies representative contacted me about how my growing was coming along I told the person how I was happy with my success except for two seeds that would not germinate…. After explaining the process I used and providing pictures of the seeds that would not germinate Herbies sent me two replacement seeds free of cost because they stand behind their products. I will continue to do business with this company because of that.”

“The customer service I received was by far the best I have experienced, and I didn't even have to talk on the phone. One of my seeds didn't germinate which was a bummer, and unfortunately It was out of the 90 day replacement window when I found this out. I reached out to CS and they explained they could not replace the one I lost, but they understood my misfortune and offered me any seed from there top four seed banks. Not only that they gave me 3 instead of one on my next purchase. Once I received my new seeds in the mail it was jammed packed with surprises. 1. Every seed pack I purchased and the bonus seeds they offer had an extra one seed in the package ( except two packs ). 2. They also provided a exclusive grow sample seed of Gelato that wasn't even talked about! Great customer service! I give them a Five star! Even though I had to buy the seed I lost again, the CS team at Herbies more then made up for my lost. Thank you.”

“pale tiny seeds and they try to tell you they are good non piped at all and 2 time they sent all bad seeds a rip off if you are in Aus don't do it”
