“My 2 day old Grandmommy purple seedling passed away after 2 days after putting her in Coco, watering with Distilled water. Rowan gave me the BEST advise possible/solution. I LOVE Herbie SEEDS. Had nothing to do with the quality of the seeds received, my inexperience. Thank you Rowan.”

“Fantastic site and even better Customer service always friendly and helpful . My inexperience has shown through and the team here has always taken the time to help me research for the correct type of plant and seeds. Price is a bit rich but when there's a problem with seeds or what you are doing they pitch in and help . I had a few duds and they were quickly replaced. Never failed to receive a order.”

“the stealth packaging confused me but i got a laugh out of it. i have been in contact with them twice. once on shipping and once over a seed issue. their service is top shelf. they are quick to respond and will spend as much time with you as you need..”

“I waited 20 days for my product to arrive, and they said to wait 5 days extra to check if it was lost. 25 days has kind of messed up my growing schedule and yields may not be as well as hoped. They are sending a replacement, but this does not change the fact that I waited for 25 days before a replacement came.”
