“What a joke all the packs were opened and re.packaged, I legit got 4 seeds to germ out of 20. Tried to email them they ask for proof I try to give it to them and now my emails won't send through They blocked me and refuse to do anything stay away from herbies they are bunch of crooks!!”

“Seeds did not perform. Radicals emerged then nothing. It did take several months of back-and-forth photos while waiting for response. I received excuses, blame and insults. I am happy others have had better experiences. They did offer 10 free seeds with next order which is redundant due to the quality and level of customer service.”

“If you're a first time customer looking for a seed shop, buy from herbies, my first time ordering seeds was from them and i have zero complaints, the only problem i had during the entire ordering process was the shipping companies playing hot potato with my package and took about 15 days in transit to deliver my stuff, however herbies isnt at fault there, as far at their product, i ordered about 6 seeds and the two i put to germinate about 3 days ago have already started to show taproot development, the shipping companies can suck my newly germinated seeds. but im overall happy, so herbies, if you see this, absolute 10/10 in your department. seeds have been good so far, good packaging, extra seeds in the order is more than generous, and i will 100% be ordering again since i have zero complaints for you guys. P.S. if you guys have merch id love to grab some or some stickers just to rep the place that hooks me up with good seeds.”

“Of the seeds I ordered (10x seeds) I had a 40% failure rate overall with no germination. One of the strains I ordered (4x seeds Godzilla) had a 100% failure rate. I had photos of the successfully growing plants, but not of the failed seeds and Herbies refused to replace them without purchasing additional seeds first.”
