“I have to say up to this point superb service. Rosalie in chat was awesome in providing recommendations for seeds/product. Alice Customer Service manager provided growing tips and two informative attachments. Ophelia provided additional follow-up. To clarify I purchased seeds from a competitor last year, wherein the advice received resulted in only a few plants making it to the 1.5 foot height and then wilted and faded away. I have not received the seeds to date, but already the advice received has been quite informative.”

“I have a few seeds didn't germinate and I didn't claim or talk to Herbies staff in 90 days timeframe, today I talked to the quality manager and they still gave me another a few seeds promocode that I can use for next time. So I am very happy and Herbies staff is very helpful. Way better than other website. Wil purchase again. Thank you Nolan and Herbies！”

“My first lot of seeds never made it through NZ Customs so I contacted Herbies to let them know. The feedback from Herbies was excellent and they sent my order again. These have now arrived safe and sound. I was very impressed by their service and assistance. Thanks Herbies!!”

“As first time grower I was recommended Herbies by a friend and thought why not try my hand at growing my own. My seeds arrived quickly but tragically even after following the simple instructions that I downloaded off Herbies website, nothing happened 😑 I contacted the support team and they helped with advice and then when it became obvious that they weren't going to germinate offered to send replacement seeds or a credit for next order. I would highly recommend Herbies, specially for newbies like me 😊”

“I am really happy with the team of herbies! Delivery was fast and the seeds were packed properly. Unfortunately i had 1 seed that didn't germinate but the team was eager to help and sent me a replacement. I ve grown herbies seeds before and the plants were really bountiful with amazing dense buds ❤️”

“Very happy customer. Haven’t germinated them yet but the seeds went from Spain to a remote part of Australia in 5 days, first time! Got lots of free seeds too! Got enough here to keep me busy for a little while! Highly recommended!”

“Seeds came fast. I usually use Humboldt seed but I was looking for something for knock out sleep, WOW I was impressed with the variety and the fact that you can buy just 1 seed and the warranty is very important when you're talking 16$ a seed. Now I have a little crop insurance. I just found my new seed company.. Thanks Tom t”
