Seeds came quick, one seed in my pack of 3 was underdeveloped and did not grow. You would think when buying such high dollar seeds this wouldnt happen. The other two sprouted quickly and seem to be growing on schedule as well. (Northern lights autoflower)

The goods were confiscated due to customs problems.  I immediately contacted customer support and informed them of the fact and they shipped the same item under a different name and address. Nevertheless, the item was still confiscated by customs again. I contacted the customer supporter again, he responded that he would cancel the order and refund me the money I paid immediately via PayPal. I am disappointed that I did not receive my merchandise, but they were great customer support.

Ordered seeds in April and still waiting here in South africa. When contacted herbies says it's just the way it is sometimes... we're almost in June now... they said I should wait until August to file for compensation. What a waste of monet and total disappointment.

Hello Robin, Thank you for the review, it's very helpful! Cases of packages failing to arrive are handled in a way which is outlined on our guarantees page. The period to be eligible for a replacement is determined by the average delivery time to the recipient's country. In your case, the package is still not able to be qualified as lost since the average delivery time hasn't been exceeded. I purchased $600.00 AUS worth of seeds over two months ago and still not here! I have paid insurance and stealth delivery and emailed three times with no reply. WTF

I ordered the first time and had seeds not crack! Then I contacted them and so they sent seeds in place, so this time I get them and try germinating the Apple Betty AGAIN and nothing! 3 Apple Betty seeds now n none have germination! All my temps are right in room paper towel method and nothing!! Probably go to another seed bank next year as I can't be trying and planning the keep getting set backs!!

Fast delivery. Pretty good site. Would prefer if some basic instructions came with the seeds. I know how to grow stuff but some varieties like certain fertilizers at certain times, like to be trimmed at times, like more or less light, etc. It would be nice if they came with a small card that helped with the process. Instead I'll go to the site and gather what info I can and print it out. No biggie.

I have had previous good experiences with Herbies. However, my last purchase had two seeds that didn't germinate. I'm a plant and soil scientist, so not a novice. When I contacted the company, they required quite a few processes to get new seeds expedited. Once I completed these processes, they told me they could not send new seeds unless I placed another order and paid for new shipping. I do not need more seeds at this time so I asked for a refund. They do not give refunds. These seeds are too expensive to not be viable or at least have a replacement process that is customer friendly. This will be my last order. Now looking at the reviews, I see that many people have this issue and have marked the returns/refund process as "Difficult". Expensive lesson learned.

We fairly state that photos of the failed seeds are necessary in order to be eligible for free replacements. In your case, photos of the seeds weren't provided — meaning that we are unable to proceed with the free replacements. Despite that, we've still offered some form of compensation since we still wanted to help. Easy to deal with people, who have knowledge of the industry and where it's heading. Great strains recommend. Fast sending time, 75 seeds, 6 days to my letter box in rural New Zealand. Good genetic freebie seeds also received. Thanks Guys and girls.
