“I received my order today and unfortunately they were destroyed at customs. Major bummer after waiting 12 days. I sent an email to Herbies but now i have to wait possibly 10 to 15 days for a reply. I'm hoping for a resend which will most likely take 10 to 12 more days for shipping . So around day 32 or 34 i might receive my order..”

“all in all 4 out of 5 packages recieved customs ripped open one left complemantary card as for my 1st package big bud took 7 days to germinate as for the rest am waiting for season to kick in, long travel times with herbies for orders, strainsupermarket is 2 weeks will change review when i crack rest of the seeds open. hola from new zealand”

“Week 7 no package now I wait 15 days for a refund?I took about 15 minutes to take from my account yet a 15 business day wait on return to my account? counting the weekend days it's longer again? Basically all I've done is hand over $78 for this to happen are you happy now that I have changed my review? I would appreciate action not excuses 15 business day for a refund wow that's a great offer thankyou so much, Question for you? Should I be impressed with this?”

“Waiting for a refund it's a shame that I didn't receive my order it must have been seized,as I said still waiting for my refund can't really say I enjoyed the experience 7 weeks waiting now 15 days waiting for refund so that's 9 weeks all up with nothing?”

“First package was lost in customs and second package got confiscated in the United States. Got a letter with my package and no seeds inside. I do believe the customs in the United States is catching on to what the packages look like and where they are coming from. I have witnessed and heard so much about confiscated seeds here lately. Herbie's did try to make it up to me with the second package but here I am with nothing but a dust rag in the package. 😞 Probably so I can wipe my tears.”

“I placed two orders, the first one was lost in customs. Everything went well except my first package was destroyed in customs. I'm still waiting for my second order.. Its been in customs for 16 days. How long does customs hold on to packages in the US? It's been in customs since July 23rd. Herbies always makes it up to me but this is very stressful!”

“So far I'm waiting over 30 to 40 days to get my package here in the US. I had to reorder a second package and now I'm waiting for that one to arrive as well. How long does it usually take people in the US to get their order? Will change the five stars if this package can ever get here..”

“Great site, intuitive interface, great selection. I like how they have the rate the strain info and it's all laid out under that specific strain. Ordering was easy. Free seeds? Thanks! But I never received them. Confiscated at customs d/t lack of photo-sanitary cert. No fault of Herbies but now I just waited 3 weeks for a letter from customs. Less than ideal for certain. However, they're customer service got back to me quickly, offered a refund or replace and asked for picture of the letter from customs. Awaiting next e-mail. I really like this site and the feeling of trustworthiness, however, I don't care to wait 3 weeks for a piece of paper in the mail instead of seeds. Again, no fault of Herbies, just the way it is I suppose. Will update with outcome of next package.”

“I recently made a review saying never buy from this company. My first order came in 15 days no problem. Second order 2 months later took over a month and when the package got here it was empty with a letter from customs. Nobody responded until after I did the review. They said that they can send another package or refund. I chose refund. I just received the refund. They have nice beans but if you're in the US I would definitely find another seed bank.”

We do understand that it is not pleasant to wait for a month to only receive a letter from customs, but we do provide a guarantee on that behalf, as you see - we honor it fairly. We have not replied to you within 2 days, that is true - we are experiencing an hour email inflow currently and might not be able to reply within 24 hours as we normally do. “Do not order from these people. You will not get your product and they stop communication. Update: I received an email after I posted this. They asked if I wanted a reissue or refund. I chose refund. I received the refund 2 days later. So I changed the rating.”
