I placed two orders, the first one was lost in customs. Everything went well except my first package was destroyed in customs. I'm still waiting for my second order.. Its been in customs for 16 days. How long does customs hold on to packages in the US? It's been in customs since July 23rd.
Herbies always makes it up to me but this is very stressful!
