“I couldn’t find my seeds until it was pointed out that in fact was they were cleverly hidden in a stealth object. Mind you it took a hammer but a very quick response. Thank you”

“I’ve purchased 3X’s & customer service has always been great & very helpful. My 1st 2 orders didn’t get through but because I had the insurance they sent it a 3rd time for me, by that time they had changed there courier service to FedEx & I got my delivery in 3 days. I ordered again & it got through 1st time in 4 days :) I highly recommend them 4.5*”

“I would just like to say there customer service department was excellent. I ended up having a cancellation problem do to credit card issues.not on my end but violet in customer service handled the situation in a short timely manner and hooked me up with a couple of extra strains of pineapple chunk.on the house but gave me multiple choices to choose from thank you violet in customer support.the experience was excellent!!!!!.”

“I really appreciate how fast the seeds were delivered.. absolutely awesome.. but the way the seeds were labeled was difficult to understand and I don’t really get why you couldn’t just write the actual name of the seeds on the package.. and you might add an option to the checkout to allow customers to keep original packaging especially when they live in a state where it’s legal to purchase seeds like mine is.. I definitely would have liked to have gotten the original packaging from the seed breeders.. but other than that everything was great so thank you and God bless.”

“Customer service is excellent. Prices are acceptabley competitive & the freebies, (seeds) make the price even better. Delivery was somewhat slow last time but didn't adversely affect anything other than slightly raising anxiety levels 😂 Packaging however was less than impressive& was not sent 'stealth' but my maybe I omitted that when ordering. All in all would definitely recommend. Thanks guys.”

“I live in the US and I ordered my seeds on a Tues. They came in on that Fri. I also paid for express shipping,fast shipping yes.Once it got to the US at one point I last tracking, but they was at my door about an hour later. Now the real test how well they germinate and how well they grow. See you on FB.”

“Had a little trouble with my package coming in. Herbie's staff got it taken care of. It took a couple extra weeks but I got it. Prices are great and if you don't mind waiting a couple weeks. They are great.”
