“This review is no different from other reviews here. On the delivery day, they coudn't deliver, citing that recipient was not home, which was not true.
I thought, probably due to minor repair work going on in front of my house door, they must have thought so. They rescheduled my delivery to next day. I mailed them that i am at home, waiting for them. Please ring the bell instead of assuming that i am not home.
Next day i kept waiting till 20:00 but no one came. Amazon didn't have any problem in delivering my package but Hermes couldn't find me on the same day.
Strange.
Now i read other reviews and wonder whu do this delivery service even exists in Germany?”

“The worst delivery company in Germany, everytime the process goes really smooth with all companies but once I hear that hermes is taking my package I freak out, the worst service, their drivers are liars ( I stayed on my balcony working and waiting for my package to arrive the whole day and at 13:45 I received the notification that their driver came and couldn’t find me LIIIIAAAAAR) now they pushed the delivery one week later and they keep pushing it everytime the time comes, and customer service is useless they dont do anything, please shut down this company you are making our lives helllllll let other companies do the job for you go take a rest”
“Horrible delivery experience – never received my order
I’ve been waiting for my package since 27.06, and it was supposed to be delivered to a Paketshop.
Three times, I received notifications saying “We could not deliver your parcel.”
Each time, I called customer service, and they told me the Paketshop was on holiday — but I personally checked, and the shop was open and operating normally.
The fourth time I called, they told me they had already returned the package to the sender!”
