"One of the WORST companies to ever deal with. Ordered my mom a perfume for her birthday, only after ordering and paying them, I was informed this was a \u201csignature only delivery\u201d and my mother works Monday-Friday so she was not going to be home to sign for it. I asked if they could request FedEx to deliver after 4PM and they said no. I asked if she could pick up at a FedEx holding center, and they said no. I contacted FedEx to see if they can alter the delivery time and they said that Hermes does not allow that. Hermes made this entire transaction a NIGHTMARE to deal with. Customer service was of ZERO help. My poor mother was awaiting this for so long and it never came. She even took a day off work to wait for it and the FedEx driver never arrived and posted a picture of the street she lives on from inside his truck. Overall a very BAD experience. This was a birthday gift and they ruined my mother\u2019s birthday. I will NEVER do any business with this company again. Be aware that anything you order will NEED TO be signed for and CANNOT be picked up at a holding location, which is the stupidest thing I have ever heard. Customer service is a JOKE and they do not care at all about the money you spent. Also takes a while to get a refund. Terrible company. Terrible experience. TERRIBLE customer service."

"In July 2023, I purchased 3 pairs of slippers from the Hermes Paris store located in George V 42 avenue. In September 2023, I noticed that on one of the sides of the heel there is a gap that is deepening.\r\nOn September 29, I received an email from Hermes advisors that it was my fault that they came off (see photo) and that there will be a cost of 115 Eur for the repair with a maximum duration of 6 weeks. I accepted this despite the fact that we cannot talk about a hit or a scratch, but simply that the material snapped. At my insistence, the slippers were ready in March 2024 and when they arrived, they looked like this (see pictures).\r\nI sent an email with my dissatisfaction and the fact that the slippers do NOT seem to be repaired by Hermes and I was answered by Mrs. Helene K. that the craftsman did his best and that the shoes were worn... when in the 3 months from purchase to bringing it in for repair?\r\nFor a week I have been reporting and sending different emails and they tell me that they are sorry and that they can do nothing but send the slippers back to the service to be repaired... after they spent 6 months being repaired. I think it's an incredible joke and for a lot of money. There are so many big brands that assume these situations and it is a shame to persist in cheating on our own money.\r\nI am attaching pictures so there are no doubts :)"

"I bought, based on the picture, 5 of their new nail files-online showed an orange box with two long nail files. What I actually received is a tiny white box with miniature sized nail files. At 45$, I should get what was online. Customer service was useless except to tell me I couldn\u2019t return them as I was outside the return date, which I already knew. I was told to email, and received a stock answer.\r\nI have purchased many items over the years large and small- NEVER AGAIN1"
